After Zhang Chao took over, the factory developed rapidly and became the leader of sheet metal processing enterprises in the northwest region; at the same time, Zhang Chao also actively laid out other industries: sheet metal raw materials, warehousing, logistics, etc. At present, Zhang Chao's company has formed three major operating entities: Xi'an Beilong Stainless Steel Co., Ltd., which mainly operates the sales of metal materials, and is the largest stainless steel agent in the northwest region; Shaanxi Delong Metal Processing Products Co., Ltd., which is a professional sheet metal processing custom service enterprise integrating sheet metal parts design, processing, sales and distribution; Xi'an Beidelong Metal Materials Co., Ltd., is a comprehensive professional enterprise integrating warehousing, logistics distribution, processing and trade.
Running the company for decades, Zhang Chao has always been firm in the original intention of running a business: to serve customers well. "We always adhere to everything from customer needs, to provide customers with the whole supply chain service from steel mills to plates to sheet metal parts distribution, from sales to processing, to warehousing and distribution, from simple processing to fine processing, all in order to meet customer needs, business type model will change, but better service to customers' concept, for customers to save material expenditure, to provide customers with high-quality customized products The original intention will not change." Beidelong covers an area of 40 acres, with 15,000 square meters of standardized plants, all kinds of advanced precision CNC production lines more than 20, including hot rolling open leveling, cold rolling open leveling, striping, flying scissors and other production lines; all kinds of advanced precision sheet metal processing equipment more than 20 sets, such as Swiss Baichao and Germany TRUMPF laser cutting machine, the United States Flow waterjet cutting machine, Hongshan laser pipe cutting machine, Switzerland Paragon and Japan's AMADA CNC bending machine, Japan AMADA multi-digit control turret punching machine and other high-precision equipment assembly workshop.
While increasing equipment investment, Beidelong also spares no effort in technological innovation. The company has carried out a number of scientific research projects: the research and development of ultra-high-speed laser cutting technology for dust collector housing, the research and development of automatic welding technology for high-performance stainless steel metal parts, and the research and development of automatic rapid bending technology for high-strength sheet metal parts. Zhang Chao introduced: "Our production workshop is completely in accordance with the requirements of the intelligent workshop, the basic Ethernet is built in place, each machine is networked, and the workshop wireless network is fully covered. More than 90% of the workshop equipment is at the leading level in the industry, which can realize offline programming, remote management, data access, etc. There is an automatic feeding warehouse built in the workshop, which is connected with the machine tool to realize the automatic feeding of raw materials and the automatic unloading of products.
"The company uses a large-scale ERP management system to achieve integrated management from procurement, warehousing, production and processing, and sales. The established MES system is a set of production information management system for the execution layer of the workshop of manufacturing enterprises. Sheet metal processing in the ERP system to implement BOM system solutions, drawings into the MES system, all weldments, assemblies in the MES system to build BOM, to solve the key problems of BOM structure conversion and digital process design, open up from product design to manufacturing execution of the data flow channel, complete from production planning, dispatch, start, warehousing of the whole process management, improve the operation efficiency and quality of the manufacturing system.

The development idea of North Dragon is very clear, that is, to serve customers wholeheartedly, and provide what kind of services customers need. For example, the company's delivery time was originally 30 to 40 minutes, and now in order to improve customer experience and satisfaction, 20 minutes of delivery, is currently stable at 24 minutes, although there is still a gap from expectations, but it has been a great progress. Although the epidemic is cruel, it has also brought opportunities, and the hardships and hardships have shown the resilience of an enterprise, and the people of North Delong have been facing difficulties.
