Suda Tsuyoshi revealed to the VGC reporter that this is something that many people do not know. About a decade ago, during a period of time after completing Heroes Gone, Activision contacted him to make a game for the marvel superhero with personality. Of course, this plan did not come to fruition. Tsuyoshi Suda said he had a lot of really cool ideas at the time, but the game failed in the initial planning stages.

Activision eventually launched Deadpool's game in 2013, developed by Takazuki Studios. The response has been mixed, with Metacritic ratings ranging from 57 to 63, although the scoring criteria vary from platform to platform. Suda publicly stated in August that he was eager to work with Marvel to develop Deadpool games. Not only Is it Deadpool, he also wants to work with Marvel to make superhero games like Quicksilver and Broken Star (X-Men members).

Coincidentally, VGC also released a message that the movie version of Deadpool's actor Ryan Reynolds is a fan of Tsuyoshi Suda. Unbeknownst to Suda, Suda was thrilled to hear the news, as he was also a fan of the movies Deadpool and Ryan Reynolds.

According to reports, the Disney executive invited game developers present and the entire industry to pay more attention to their rich IP resources.
