Core literacy increases effectiveness
The soil is a mountain, and the water is a sea. In order to improve the professional quality and teaching ability of teachers, consolidate the basic skills of teachers to control classroom teaching, strengthen the communication and learning between teachers, learn from each other's strengths and make common progress, from May 14th to May 17th, the North School of Linzhou Second Experimental Primary School and the Sixth Primary School of Linzhou City held the same class heterogeneous activity.
Language Section
On the morning of May 14th, Teacher Zheng Kaili and Teacher Lu Xianli taught the topic of "Lotus Leaf Circle". According to the new Chinese curriculum standards and the age characteristics of the first-grade children, Ms. Zheng and Ms. Lu adhere to the teaching concept of "people-oriented", pay attention to creating an atmosphere, and lead the children to discover and explore their own unique feelings in the world of language.
Mr. Li Jinyun and Mr. Shang Cuiping taught the topic of "Two Ancient Poems", these two classes felt very relaxed and happy, full of fairy tale personality language, kind smile, natural teaching style, so that the classroom became full of love, poetic, left a deep impression on us.
On the morning of May 16th, Li Haifang and Liang Lingling gave a heterogeneous topic of "Nine Days of Yi Shooting", which not only allowed students to appreciate the charm of ancient mythology, but also inspired their thinking about nature and heroism through wonderful storytelling and multi-dimensional teaching strategies, showing the depth and breadth of Chinese teaching.
The topic of the heterogeneous class of Ma Lina and Liu Yuqing is "Elephant's Ear", which is not only rich in content and diverse teaching methods, but also successfully integrates knowledge transfer and emotional education, which is a successful teaching practice. Teachers' in-depth excavation of teaching materials and innovative teaching design are worthy of praise.
Mathematics group
On the morning of May 15th, Yue Yanli and Chen Zhifang gave a heterogeneous topic of "parentheses", which was introduced by Yue from the situation of continuously cutting pentagrams, so that students could experience the process of "creating" parentheses and understand the meaning of parentheses. Mr. Chen's classroom design in this class is reasonable, and students think boldly and dare to create.
Lei Shengfu and Zhang Ruifei's heterogeneous topic in the same class is "Two Digits Plus One Digits, Whole Tens". In this lesson, Mr. Lei leads to questions from the situation diagram, lists two related addition equations, and allows students to understand arithmetic through operation, explore algorithms, and compare the similarities and differences between the two by comparing left and right, so that students can understand that "numbers on the same number can be added directly". According to the characteristics of students, Mr. Zhang creates problem situations, and students find mathematical information by themselves and ask mathematical problems, which cultivates students' ability to ask questions, find problems and solve problems.

On the morning of May 17th, Ms. Jia Ning and Ms. Hou Yuan taught Part A Let's learn, the second volume of the third grade "Unit 5 Do you like pears?" The two teachers use different ideas and design from different emphases, from the analysis of texts, the selection of teaching methods, the connection of teaching links, to the creation of classroom atmosphere and the selection of evaluation mechanisms, all of which reflect the different teaching styles of teachers, and the teaching effects have their own characteristics.
Ms. Hao Hongbin and Ms. Hou Yanfang teach Part A let's learn of Unit5 My clothes, the second volume of the fourth grade. Teacher Hao enlivens the classroom atmosphere through songs, and teaches the key words of this lesson step by step by creating scenarios, so that the words are learned in sentences, and the whole teaching process is progressive, diverse in form, with clear teaching purposes and prominent difficulties. Ms. Hou skillfully uses phonics to teach vocabulary in the new teaching session, and designs various forms of activities in the practice session to consolidate students' mastery of new knowledge. The whole class was easy for teachers and students to interact with, and students learned English in a pleasant atmosphere, and the class was full of fun and practicality.
