A lone branch is not spring, a hundred flowers bloom in spring. In order to give full play to the role of demonstration, guidance and radiation of the famous teacher's studio, further build a platform for teachers to learn from each other, and strengthen the exchange and cooperation between the studios, on the morning of May 15, Liu Yanhong, the host of the Chinese Famous Teacher Studio of Linzhou Second Experimental Primary School, led the members of the studio to carry out teaching and research activities with the rural chief teacher studio of the Central Primary School of Caisang Town, Linzhou City.
Charismatic classroom showcase
The first lesson is a lesson taught by Zhang Jing, a member of the famous teacher's studio of Linzhou No. 2 Experimental Primary School, the second volume of the unified edition of the first grade "The Home of Stationery". Ms. Zhang Jing pays attention to consolidating the foundation of listening, speaking, reading and writing. In the opening game, students can easily identify and make mistakes with the help of pictures, guessing words related to the word "Gu" and combining the word theory. Use a variety of methods such as adding one, subtracting one, changing the side, comparing similar words, and guessing word puzzles. Students are guided to understand that the way to read information is not only textbooks, but also life experiences and illustrations.
Mr. Zhang's reading guidance is hierarchical, paying attention to the correctness of the reading, and reproducing the new words in this lesson in the reading, so that the words do not leave the words and the sentences. The writing session focuses on avoidance and interspersed with writing skills, integrating traditional Chinese virtues and humility, so that the words are also vivid. The second session is a lesson of "Many Interesting Things about Space Life" taught by Wang Yanting, a teacher from the Famous Teacher Studio of Linzhou Second Experimental Primary School, which is lively and interesting.
Mr. Wang used space pictures to introduce the first person in mainland aerospace, stimulate students' desire for space exploration, and reveal the topic. Driven by the task of striving to be a "little space commentator", students are guided to reveal interesting stories about space and enter the text.
Through self-directed learning such as reading, thinking, understanding, and speaking, as well as group cooperation, students delve into the text layer by layer, and finally tell interesting stories about space life as "little space commentators". The whole lesson was well organized and cleverly designed, and the students unconsciously achieved the learning objectives of the lesson in a joyful atmosphere.
Visit, learn and grow together
After the demonstration class, Vice Principal Liu Yanhong, the person in charge of the Famous Teacher Studio of our school, led the members of the studio into the Rural Chief Teacher's Studio of Caisang Town Central Primary School, and Qin Jianwei, principal of Caisang Town Central Primary School, introduced the highlights of the studio's work around the three key words of "radiation", "leading" and "growth".
Interactive discussion, wisdom collision and set sail again
The living fountain of education, the true meaning of teaching. After visiting the studio, everyone gathered together for a lively discussion, and the two teachers shared, reflected and exchanged on the teaching content, implementation strategies, teaching feedback and student growth.
The heads and members of the two rooms commented on the classroom teaching of the teachers from different perspectives. Everyone agreed that the two classes were based on the learning situation, fully embodying the concept of the new curriculum standard, and the professional quality of the teachers was also fully affirmed.
This networking activity realizes the teaching interaction between studios, effectively promotes the sharing of educational concepts and educational resources, and achieves common progress.
