The Tuoketuo County Taxation Bureau has built an open "tax supermarket" of "5 districts, 1 room and 2 posts", with five functional areas as the core, relying on the "tax-enterprise interactive platform", and the service consultation hotline to form a smart tax pattern. All 60 audit businesses in 10 categories will be moved forward to empower the tax service department. It has realized an integrated and efficient operation, fast and fast approval tax system.

The Tuoketuo County Taxation Bureau has opened up a green channel for the "three A" enterprises with tax credit, reduced data submission, simplified the internal process, accelerated the approval process, and provided convenience for A-level export tax rebate enterprises, and delivered the dividends of honest tax payment to taxpayers in the first time, and provided "one-to-one" counseling for taxpayers in need, and guarded honest enterprises with practical actions.
"The tax office has changed overnight! It feels brighter and more spacious, the staff communicates and counsels us at zero distance, and the whole process of barrier-free communication and interactive services makes our taxpayers feel intimate and warm. Zhao Yan, a tax clerk of Inner Mongolia Jindawei Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., told reporters.
