In order to meet the growing needs of the people for diversified sports culture, activate and enrich the cultural and sports life of the workers, and promote the prosperity and development of basketball and scientific fitness for all. The county federation of trade unions decided to hold the 8th Tuoketuo County Staff Men's Basketball League in early July 2024, through the competition, so that more workers who like physical exercise and love basketball can participate, so that they can relax, relieve pressure, and enhance physical fitness. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.
1. Guiding ideology
Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on the work of the working class and trade unions, as well as the spirit of important instructions and instructions on important speeches in Inner Mongolia. The purpose is to enhance the physical fitness of the workers, improve the overall quality of the workers, enhance the team cohesion and centripetal force, further show the positive spirit of the county's employees and the fighting spirit of unity and hard work, promote the popularization of basketball, and enhance the prosperity and development of the county's basketball level and cultural and sports undertakings.

IV. Athletes' Qualifications and Conditions for Participation
(1) Anyone who has a household registration in Tuoketuo County and is 18 years old or above can participate in the competition;
(2) Non-Tuoketuo County household registration can participate in the competition if they have paid social security in Tuoketuo County for one year or more;
(3) Active registered athletes and professional athletes who have been retired for less than two years (occupation refers to the China Professional Men's Basketball League and the China Men's Basketball League) are not allowed to participate;
(4) Each team is only allowed to register 2 male athletes who hold the second-generation resident ID card of the People's Republic of China issued by the public security organs of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (except Tuoketuo County, Hohhot City), and 2 non-Tuo County household registration team members should be in the list of personnel provided by the Hohhot Basketball Association;
(5) Athletes with household registration outside the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region are not allowed to participate.
5. How to participate
(1) Each team can report 12 team members, one team leader and one coach (can be served by athletes or concurrently), and team leaders and coaches can also participate in the competition;
(2) Less than 12 participants are not allowed to participate;
(3) One week before the start of the competition, the team members cannot be replaced, if the team members are injured and need to be replaced, they must provide the injured athlete with a diagnosis certificate from a tertiary hospital.
Sixth, the competition method
(1) The participating teams with less than 6 teams (including 6) will not be grouped, and a single round-robin competition will be held to determine all rankings; For teams with more than 7 teams (including 7 teams), the first stage adopts the group round-robin system, and the second stage adopts cross-elimination to determine the ranking;
(2) In accordance with the latest "Basketball Rules" approved by the Chinese Basketball Association. The competition is divided into two stages, the first stage is a group round-robin, and the second stage is a cross-elimination ranking. The first and second phases of the game are divided into 4 quarters, 10 minutes per quarter, a total of 40 minutes of net time, a 2-minute break between the intervals, a 5-minute halftime break, 5 fouls committed by each team throughout the game, that is, off-the-court, each team has 2 timeouts in the first half, 3 timeouts in the second half, and a maximum of 2 timeouts in the fourth quarter when the game clock shows 2:00 minutes or less;
(3) The men's game uses the No. 7 ball;
(4) Each team should prepare at least two sets of competition (dark and light) uniforms, which are required to be the same color from top to bottom, without gradient color, yin and yang, and the printing of the player number should be clear and obvious, and conform to the position and size specified in the rules.
7. Time and place of registration
The registration of each team in this event needs to use the "My Olympic System" to create and register for the team, there is no cost for coaches and team leaders, and the team members register 20 yuan per person (excluding insurance costs), and the registered athletes can choose to participate in the insurance in the Olympic system, if they are separately insured, they need to upload the proof of participation when registering.
Participating units must send the electronic version of the registration form to the mailbox [email protected] before June 13, 2024, and the paper version of the registration form, disclaimer form, and participation commitment letter must be stamped with the trade union seal or official seal and submitted to the County Federation of Trade Unions Organization and Publicity Office.

8. Each team must purchase personal accident insurance during the competition, and the organizer will not be responsible for any accidental injury during the competition
