College graduates (excluding commission trainees and orientation students who will graduate in 2024), vocational college graduates (including technical colleges), and service grassroots project personnel who meet the recruitment conditions and specific requirements of the position.

3. Recruitment conditions

(1) Specific conditions

7. Have other qualifications required for the position.

In accordance with the relevant policies and regulations of the state and our province, Chinese citizens and Taiwan compatriots in Hong Kong and Macao enjoy the right of fair competition in the open recruitment of public institutions, and can apply for employment in public institutions in the mainland, and the applicants must have the corresponding conditions such as professional and technical skills required for the recruitment position.

Applicants' academic qualifications must be recognized by the national education administrative department. (2) Job description of fresh graduates

(3) Job descriptions of service grassroots project personnel

Retired military personnel who have served in the military for more than 5 years (inclusive) college graduates, and personnel who purchase grass-roots public service positions from the Shanxi Provincial Government after the expiration of their labor contracts can be treated as service grass-roots project personnel and apply for the "special post of service grass-roots project personnel".

The deadline for the expiration of the above service (service) is May 14, 2024.

(4) The main circumstances under which applicants are not allowed to apply for employment

1. Active-duty military personnel and non-recent graduates (among them, full-time post-secondary students and graduate students who are not graduating in 2024 are not allowed to apply for the examination with the original college or undergraduate degree and degree certificate) cannot apply for the examination;

2. Those who have received criminal punishment for crimes, or who have been expelled from the Communist Party of China or public office; Persons who have not been lifted from party discipline or government discipline during the period of case filing and review cannot apply for the examination;

3. Personnel who are found to have committed fraud and other serious violations of examination and recruitment discipline in the recruitment of civil servants at all levels and in the recruitment of public institutions cannot apply for the examination;

4. Civil servants during the probationary period (staff of public institutions managed with reference to the Civil Servants Law) and staff of public institutions during the probationary period cannot apply for the examination;

5. Those who are recruited as civil servants and staff of public institutions have a specified number of years of service and the service period has not yet expired, they must not apply for the examination;

6. Persons who have had a major medical accident or have had their physician license revoked in their original unit, who have been listed as targets of joint disciplinary action for dishonesty in accordance with law, and who do not meet the requirements of this open recruitment as stipulated by laws and regulations, cannot apply for the examination.

7. Applicants are not allowed to apply for positions that constitute a recusal relationship after being hired.

(10) Personnel who have no work experience before participating in the service grassroots project, within 2 years after the expiration of the service period and passing the assessment, apply for the position of fresh graduates, and need to provide a letter of commitment and a certificate of qualification without work experience before participating in the service grassroots project.

Those who provide false registration information will be disqualified once verified. Those who forge or alter relevant certificates, materials, and information to obtain examination qualifications by fraud will be severely dealt with in accordance with the "Provisions on the Handling of Violations of Discipline and Regulations in Public Recruitment by Public Institutions". If the applicant fails to pass the qualification examination due to incorrect or incomplete information, the applicant shall bear the consequences.

5. Miscellaneous

(1) According to the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission's "Notice on Further Improving the Open Recruitment of Primary Medical and Health Institutions" (Jin Ren She Ting Fa [2014] No. 20) document, the public recruitment of professional and technical personnel by medical and health institutions at the county level and below may not be subject to the restrictions on the proportion of examinations, but the minimum passing line of the written test shall not be less than 60 points (including 60 points), and the minimum passing score of the comprehensive score shall not be less than 70 points (including 70 points). (3) Examination and qualification review

The exam is a combination of written test and interview. Comprehensive score = written test score × 60% + interview score × 40%. 2. Qualification review

If the documents (certificates) are incomplete or the documents (certificates) provided are inconsistent with the qualifications of the position applied for and the main information is untrue, which affects the qualification review, the applicant will be disqualified from participating in the interview. Applicants who fail to participate in the qualification review at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have automatically given up their interview qualifications.

If the personnel who have obtained the interview qualification review confirm that they have given up the qualification review or the qualification review is unqualified, the candidates for the interview qualification review will be replaced in order according to the written test score from the high score to the low score in the ratio of 3:1, and only one replacement will be made, and the number of candidates who are less than 3:1 will be determined according to the actual number.

3. Interview

(4) Physical examination and inspection

According to the order of comprehensive scores from high to low, the candidates for physical examination and inspection are determined according to the ratio of 1:1 of the number of people to be recruited, and the physical examination and inspection are organized and implemented by the leading group of Shouyang County Medical Group's open recruitment.

(5) Publicity and employment

According to the results of the written test, interview, physical examination and inspection, the personnel to be hired will be determined, and the list of personnel to be hired will be publicized on the website of the Shouyang County Government (Shouyang, China) http://www.shouyang.gov.cn for 7 working days. The content of the publicity of the personnel to be hired includes: recruitment position, number of recruitment, recruitment major, name, gender, date of birth, graduation school, major, academic background (degree), test scores, ranking and other information. After the announcement of the proposed personnel, no replacement will be carried out.

If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the employment formalities shall be handled in accordance with the regulations; If the problems that affect the employment are reported and verified, they will not be hired; If it is difficult to verify the problems reported for the time being, a decision on whether to hire them will be made after the investigation is clarified.

The legal representative of the public institution shall sign the employment contract with the hired personnel and go through the employment procedures for the hired personnel. The probationary period system shall be implemented for the hired personnel, and if the probationary period is not qualified, the employment relationship shall be terminated. Once the contract is signed, the minimum service period in the unit is 5 years (including the probation period), and the service period shall not register for various recruitment examinations, shall not apply for transfer to other units and counties (cities), shall not resign, otherwise the file will not be adjusted. During the service period, the hired personnel shall not go out to study and train on their own, and if the unit sends out for study and training, the service period shall be extended accordingly.

Those who give up entering the physical examination, inspection and subsequent links, and fail to report with relevant materials within the specified time after receiving the employment notice without a legitimate reason, will be disqualified. In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, the labor (employment) contract signed between the person to be hired and the original employer shall be terminated by the person and the original employer in accordance with relevant regulations, otherwise the employee shall not be hired.

6. Strict recruitment discipline
