3. Recruitment conditions

(4) The main circumstances under which applicants are not allowed to apply for employment

1. Active-duty military personnel and non-recent graduates (among them, full-time post-secondary students and graduate students who are not graduating in 2024 are not allowed to apply for the examination with the original college or undergraduate degree and degree certificate) cannot apply for the examination;

Those who provide false registration information will be disqualified once verified. Those who forge or alter relevant certificates, materials, and information to obtain examination qualifications by fraud will be severely dealt with in accordance with the "Provisions on the Handling of Violations of Discipline and Regulations in Public Recruitment by Public Institutions". If the applicant fails to pass the qualification examination due to incorrect or incomplete information, the applicant shall bear the consequences.

5. Miscellaneous

(1) According to the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission's "Notice on Further Improving the Open Recruitment of Primary Medical and Health Institutions" (Jin Ren She Ting Fa [2014] No. 20) document, the public recruitment of professional and technical personnel by medical and health institutions at the county level and below may not be subject to the restrictions on the proportion of examinations, but the minimum passing line of the written test shall not be less than 60 points (including 60 points), and the minimum passing score of the comprehensive score shall not be less than 70 points (including 70 points). (3) Examination and qualification review

If the documents (certificates) are incomplete or the documents (certificates) provided are inconsistent with the qualifications of the position applied for and the main information is untrue, which affects the qualification review, the applicant will be disqualified from participating in the interview. Applicants who fail to participate in the qualification review at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have automatically given up their interview qualifications.

If the personnel who have obtained the interview qualification review confirm that they have given up the qualification review or the qualification review is unqualified, the candidates for the interview qualification review will be replaced in order according to the written test score from the high score to the low score in the ratio of 3:1, and only one replacement will be made, and the number of candidates who are less than 3:1 will be determined according to the actual number.

3. Interview

(5) Publicity and employment

According to the results of the written test, interview, physical examination and inspection, the personnel to be hired will be determined, and the list of personnel to be hired will be publicized on the website of the Shouyang County Government (Shouyang, China) http://www.shouyang.gov.cn for 7 working days. The content of the publicity of the personnel to be hired includes: recruitment position, number of recruitment, recruitment major, name, gender, date of birth, graduation school, major, academic background (degree), test scores, ranking and other information. After the announcement of the proposed personnel, no replacement will be carried out.

If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the employment formalities shall be handled in accordance with the regulations; If the problems that affect the employment are reported and verified, they will not be hired; If it is difficult to verify the problems reported for the time being, a decision on whether to hire them will be made after the investigation is clarified.

The legal representative of the public institution shall sign the employment contract with the hired personnel and go through the employment procedures for the hired personnel. The probationary period system shall be implemented for the hired personnel, and if the probationary period is not qualified, the employment relationship shall be terminated. Once the contract is signed, the minimum service period in the unit is 5 years (including the probation period), and the service period shall not register for various recruitment examinations, shall not apply for transfer to other units and counties (cities), shall not resign, otherwise the file will not be adjusted. During the service period, the hired personnel shall not go out to study and train on their own, and if the unit sends out for study and training, the service period shall be extended accordingly.

Those who give up entering the physical examination, inspection and subsequent links, and fail to report with relevant materials within the specified time after receiving the employment notice without a legitimate reason, will be disqualified. In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, the labor (employment) contract signed between the person to be hired and the original employer shall be terminated by the person and the original employer in accordance with relevant regulations, otherwise the employee shall not be hired.

6. Strict recruitment discipline
