2024 Announcement on the Qualification Review of Public Recruitment Staff in Public Institutions Affiliated to the Autonomous Region Drug Administration

According to the "Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region 2024 Public Institutions Open Recruitment Staff Announcement", in accordance with the recruitment procedures, the Autonomous Region Drug Administration 2024 Public Institutions Open Recruitment Qualification Review is hereby announced as follows:

1. Qualification review object

Job code 34001, 34002, 34003, 34004 personnel participating in the qualification review from the candidates who have reached the minimum score control line of the written test, according to the ratio of the number of written test to the number of job recruits 3:1 from high to low to determine the preliminary list of shortlisted candidates for qualification review. Those who meet the requirements for qualification review will enter the interview, and those who do not meet the qualifications or voluntarily give up the vacant places will be filled from the candidates who apply for the same position and whose written test scores (including bonus points) reach above the minimum score control line, from the high score to the low score.

2. Time and place of qualification review

Time: 9:00-12:00 a.m., May 20, 2024 (Monday).

Location: Conference Room on the 8th Floor of the Autonomous Region Drug Administration (No. 28, Wenhua East Road, Xingqing District, Yinchuan City, diagonally opposite the South Gate of the 15th Central School of Yinchuan City).

3. Materials to be provided by the personnel participating in the qualification review

The qualification review mainly reviews and examines whether the candidates who intend to enter the interview meet the qualifications required for the position they are applying for, and the materials to be provided by the personnel participating in the qualification review include:

(1) Admission ticket, valid ID card, and household registration booklet. The information of the three certificates must be consistent, and candidates with collective household registration can provide a household registration card or a household registration certificate issued by the police station where the household registration is located. The whole country refers to persons with the nationality of the People's Republic of China. Chinese citizens who are residents of Hong Kong and Macao must provide the relevant qualification certificates required for the corresponding positions, as well as the Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents. Persons with permanent residence in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region (obtained before the announcement of the 2024 public recruitment of staff in public institutions in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region on February 21, 2024). Persons who are not subject to the restrictions on permanent residence in Ningxia as specified in the "Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region 2024 Guidelines for Public Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions" shall provide corresponding supporting materials.

(2) Academic certificates, degree certificates, and electronic registration and filing forms for academic qualifications. Candidates who have graduated from ordinary colleges and universities must provide the original graduation certificate, degree certificate and the "Online Verification Report of Student Status of the Ministry of Education" (with a scan QR code) and the "Electronic Registration and Filing Form of the Ministry of Education's Academic Certificate" downloaded from the Ministry of Education's academic information website (with a scan QR code); Candidates who have graduated from non-ordinary colleges and universities must provide the original graduation certificate, degree certificate and proof of student status issued by the school from which they graduated.

If the 2024 college graduates have not obtained the graduation certificate before the end of the qualification review, they should present the employment recommendation form and related certificates signed by the institution, and the employment recommendation form and relevant certificates must be consistent with the graduation certificate and degree certificate; If the employment recommendation form and relevant certificates are inconsistent with the graduation certificate or degree certificate, the graduation certificate or degree certificate shall prevail; The deadline for 2024 graduates to provide the academic qualifications and degree certificates required for the position is July 31, 2024.

Returnees must provide the original and photocopy of the overseas academic qualifications, degree certificates or other relevant supporting materials issued by the China Service Center for Scholarly Study of the Ministry of Education. If a domestic institution and a foreign institution jointly run a school to obtain an overseas academic degree, the original and photocopy of the "Opinion on the Evaluation of Academic Qualifications and Degrees in Jointly Run Schools" or the "Certificate of Recognition of Academic Qualifications and Degrees in Jointly Run Schools" issued by the Service Center for Scholarly Study of the Ministry of Education shall be provided. If it cannot be provided before the end of the qualification review, the interview qualification will be cancelled.

(3) Applicants who apply for preferential policies, and whose spouses or children of martyrs apply for extra points in the written test, must provide the "Revolutionary Martyr Certificate" and materials that can prove the relationship with the martyrs. Spouses and children of people's police officers who have sacrificed their lives in the line of duty must provide a "certificate of persons who died in the line of duty" provided by the party committee, government, or relevant departments of the autonomous region at the county (district) level or above, as well as materials that can prove their relationship with them; Retired servicemen need to provide a "Retirement Certificate", etc.

(4) Where the formal staff of organs and institutions participate in the qualification review, they must strictly implement the relevant requirements such as the probation period and the length of service, and provide the relevant supporting materials for the approval of the unit and the competent department, and indicate whether the minimum service period has been completed. The deadline for calculating the minimum service period (including the probationary period) is the date of the recruitment announcement (on February 21, 2024, the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region 2024 public institution open recruitment staff announcement was released).

(5) 3 color 2-inch ID photos (the same bottom as the online registration).

(6) "2024 Public Institutions in the Region Open Recruitment Staff Interview Candidate Qualification Review Form" (see attachment, applicants should download it in advance, print it after filling it out, in duplicate, and submit it to the auditors for review during the qualification review).

(7) To expand the content of the review, applicants need to take the initiative to reflect and actively cooperate with the recruiting unit to conduct relevant reviews, and those who conceal the consequences shall bear their own responsibility: (1) shall not apply for the examination. Those who have received criminal punishment for committing a crime; expelled from the Communist Party of China; dismissed from public office; Those who have been lawfully listed as targets of joint disciplinary action for untrustworthiness are still in the punishment period; Those who are found to have violated discipline or rules in the recruitment (hiring) of government organs and public institutions, and are recorded in the creditworthiness archives and are still in the record period; The service period of the targeted training personnel has not yet expired or is in the process of targeted training and learning; Newly recruited staff of public institutions who are within the probationary period or have not yet completed the minimum period of service; Full-time non-2024 fresh graduates enrolled in regular colleges and universities; Recruited special post teachers; active-duty military personnel; Applicants who have a husband and wife relationship, a direct blood relationship, a collateral blood relationship within three generations, or a close relationship by marriage with the person in charge of the recruiting institution shall not apply for the secretary or organization (personnel), discipline inspection and supervision, auditing, or financial positions of the responsible personnel of the unit, as well as positions with direct leadership relationships between superiors and subordinates; Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations. (8) Other materials required for the position.

The above materials must be provided with an original and a photocopy. Please prepare in advance, sort out in order, and the copy should be marked in the blank space of the material with the words "consistent with the original, provided by: XXX, May XX, 2024".

4. Other matters

(1) The examination of candidates' qualifications runs through the entire process of public institution open recruitment. Applicants are responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the information provided. Anyone who provides false information, conceals information, forges relevant documents, etc., once verified, will be disqualified, and based on the facts of the violation, be investigated for responsibility in accordance with laws and regulations, and recorded in the applicant's personal credit record.

(2) Those who fail to submit supporting materials before the end of the qualification review shall be deemed to have voluntarily given up and shall bear the consequences. Applicants should keep the contact number left at the time of registration unblocked, if there is any change in the mobile phone number, please take the initiative to contact the recruiting unit, and the consequences caused by the unblocked contact number shall be borne by the applicant. Applicants who voluntarily waive the qualification review shall submit a written waiver statement to the leading group of public recruitment of public institutions of the Autonomous Region Drug Administration in a timely manner.

(3) After the qualification review, the list of personnel participating in the interview for each recruitment position shall be determined according to the ratio of 1:3 according to the order of the results from high to low. The list of candidates who have passed the qualification review will be publicized on the website of the Autonomous Region Drug Administration, and the publicity time will be 3 working days. After the announcement of the list of candidates to be interviewed who have passed the qualification review is released to the end of the interview, the vacant interviewers will not be filled.
