想卖房子的话，首先得向建屋局注册申请售屋意向书（Intent to Sell）。 而想买房的话，就得有建屋局发的购屋资格通知书（HDB Flat Eligibility Letter，简称HFE通知书）。
Both parties need to log in through Singpass to ensure the authenticity and reliability of the transaction. When using the service, the system will automatically calculate and design a personal payment plan based on the information in their eligibility letter, helping them to know whether the property they are looking for is within their budget.
Search easy: Narrow down as needed
In the past, when looking for a house, you either found a real estate agent or searched on other websites, and sometimes the house you liked was long gone. But now it's different! If you want to sell a home, upload photos and descriptions directly to the platform, and the system will automatically add other necessary information, and the information of new flats such as BTO flats and remaining HDB flats will also be included in this service, so that they can be compared with resale houses!
A feature for apartment sellers, when the seller lists an apartment on the RFL service, they only need to add a photo of the apartment and a description of the apartment.
If you want to buy a house, you can search by location, property type, and number of years remaining, and you can also enter your race and nationality to let the system help you consider the restrictions of the racial integration policy and the permanent resident quota system to see which houses are eligible.
