Go south to chase dreams, sharpen and forge a future
In 1999, Chen Yuan came to Dongguan City, Guangdong Province with enthusiasm, stepped into the door of a mold factory, and became an apprentice with a monthly salary of only 300 yuan. Chen Yuan cherishes his work very much and sees it as a place where his dreams set sail.
In the days of the mold factory, Chen Yuan knew that if he wanted to gain a firm foothold in this industry, he must have excellent technology. So, when the other apprentices left after a day's work, Chen Yuan chose to stay and immerse himself in the design and production of molds alone. It was not uncommon for him to stay up all night studying drawings in the dormitory, and that perseverance and tenacity enabled him to quickly master the technique of mold design.
In 2006, with the pursuit of higher goals, Chen Yuan came to Suzhou to establish Dingcheng Mould Factory. As the factory director, he did not stop moving forward, but more deeply realized the heavy responsibility on his shoulders. Adhering to the entrepreneurial concept of "customer achievement, dream passion, integrity and pragmatism, innovation and win-win", under his leadership, the product quality of the mold factory has been greatly improved, and the market competitiveness has also been significantly enhanced. In 2012, Chen Yuan integrated the mold factory to establish Suzhou Dingjian Mould Co., Ltd., which gradually grew from a processing plant with four or five employees to a company with more than 100 employees, with an annual output value of more than 40 million.
Innovation and development, products involve multiple fields
Chen Yuan knows that in the rapidly changing market environment, only continuous innovation can stay ahead. Therefore, through the implementation of refined management and collaborative development strategy, he optimized and adjusted the industrial structure, continuously improved the quality and efficiency, and made the company achieve leapfrog development.
At present, the company is mainly committed to the research and development, design, manufacturing, marketing and service of various mold bases, mold bases and hot runners, including providing full finishing services for various standard and non-standard mold bases. The formwork products produced by the company are widely used in the production of accessories in the fields of auto parts, electronic components, electrical products, daily necessities, medical appliances, aerospace and other fields, and the service customers cover well-known enterprises at home and abroad, and have established strategic service cooperative relations with many domestic listed enterprises.
