In other words, Bao Dai is the original unfathomable existence in Cao Weng's pen, and Bao Chai is Baoyu's final destination.
From this point of view, Baoyu's final renunciation unexpectedly fulfilled many people's thoughts: in order to keep his infatuation, he really went to be a monk.
But before Baoyu became a monk, there was one aspect that we could not ignore: Baochai was pregnant. How can this kind of ending be written in a way that readers are unhappy? It's just a collapse of Baoyu's affectionate assumption about Daiyu!
Yes, Baoyu loves Daiyu, but to be precise, it should be "Baoyu loved Daiyu", and then Daiyu was gone, so he empathized and chose Baochai.
Baoyu's love for Daiyu seems to come more from impulsiveness and immaturity, and this kind of love is not really love for the most part, at least not the right love.
In the thirtieth episode of "Dream of Red Mansions", "Baochai borrowed a fan machine with double knocks, and Ling Guan drew the Qiang Pavilion and the outsider", Bao Dai made an awkward fuss again, Baoyu grinded Daiyu with a dead face, and she was so angry that she said:
"You don't have to coax me, from now on, I don't dare to get close to the second master, and the second master will all go to me."
Baoyu naturally smiled and immediately asked, "Where are you going?" ”
Daiyu said that she wanted to go home first, and Baoyu was going to follow, so angry that Daiyu said directly: "I'm dead." ”
As a result, Baoyu was anxious: "If you die, I will be a monk!" What a vow, but how much credibility does it have? It was just Baoyu's impulse, and he didn't choose what to say.
If you don't believe it, then think about it, Baoyu is not a woman's wish to be a monk. He said on his front foot that he would be a monk for Daiyu, but didn't he go back to be a monk because of attacking people?
If it is really mature love, how many women will a man be a monk for? So this can only be heard, don't see it as fatalism, and don't believe that it is a man's oath.
"The Troubles of Young Werther" is the most true: which girl is not pregnant with spring, and which boy is not in love? Baoyu's love is real love, but it is not mature love, otherwise he wouldn't have made Baochai pregnant soon after losing Daiyu?
Flipping through the clips of Baoyu's wedding, as long as a person has a calm cognition, he will also be able to distinguish whether he is in love or not. At that time, Cao Weng was an allusion to Liang Hong and Meng Guang to express the post-marital state of Baoyu and Baochai:
Baoyu first fell ill again, went crazy for a while and then fell asleep, and then sometimes awake, sometimes crazy, until he knew that Lin Daiyu was dead, he just cried and said goodbye to Daiyu in a coma.
Later, I began to pay attention to Baochai with my heart:
"I think that Daiyu is dead, Baochai is a first-class person, Fang Xin Jinshi's marriage is decided, and he has solved it better."
This kind of self-explanatory explanation probably only makes people think of two words: scumbag. But Baoyu doesn't care about these at all,
"It is common for Baochai to sit in front of the bed, and he can't help but be born with an old disease...... Seeing Baochai's gentle behavior, he gradually moved his love for Daiyu to Baochai......"
See, it's hard to say whether such love is true or not, but it's certainly in the past tense, and it's quite fast and quite natural. Slowly, Baoyu and Baochai's forced marriage became "raising eyebrows".
Of course, there is also the assistance of Baochai, who, as a bride, has done everything of a virtuous woman, just like Meng Guang:
"Every time, my wife is food, and I don't dare to look up in front of Hong, and I raise my eyebrows."
With such a warm and small feeling, how long can Baoyu resist? So even if he still misses Daiyu in his heart, he is still afraid of making Baochai unhappy, and he doesn't dare to really snub her.
It doesn't take too much time to do this, and the two will move towards a normal traditional marriage, you respect me, I respect you. If you want to ask if there is love in that marriage, I don't know, at least they are rushing to live.
Otherwise, how could Baoyu participate in the imperial examination after his wife "borrowed words with sarcasm", and let Jiafu have the later "Langui Qifang"? When a man gives his body to another person he doesn't love, who can feel how true his love for the person he loves?
Some people say that this is too far-fetched, after all, everyone will have white moonlight and cinnabar moles in their hearts, and Jia Baoyu is not a saint, and he will not always guard the spirit of Daiyu and be lonely for a lifetime.
But there is one level that has to admit that Baoyu recognized the good relationship of Jinyu, isn't that a betrayal of Daiyu's Mushi Alliance? At this time, instead of scolding the high eagle dog tail mink, it is better to take a look at Mr. Cao's "Fu Pulse Thousand Miles".
"Sigh in the world, the fly in the ointment is not enough to believe in today's party, even if it is a case with eyebrows, it is difficult to calm down in the end", a song "Lifelong Mistake" has already summarized the tragic nature of Bao Dai's love.
I really loved you, but I couldn't go against reality, so even if I was unhappy in my heart, I had to give in to reality. This is Baoyu's choice of love: when it doesn't work, I can retreat to the next best. Do you think this kind of love is ridiculous?
Of course, Baoyu eventually became a monk, but that was not so much about Daiyu's obsession, but rather because Baoyu gave up on his ideal life, after all, he didn't have Daiyu, but if he was allowed to drill into the officialdom and enter the world, it would be absolutely impossible.
But Baochai is different from Daiyu, she will not hesitate to give Baoyu a sick body and sarcastically supervise and urge, in order to return Jiafu to the glorious era.
As a result, Baoyu completely lost her yearning for life, so she chose to abandon her wife and concubine and become a monk.
In this way, it is not so much the depth of Baoyu's love for Daiyu as the extreme of his requirements for life, those loves for Daiyu are real, but not enough to determine his desire for life.
This kind of love is immature and unrealistic, so it can only be called Baoyu's ignorance in adolescence, not true love. Compared with Daiyu's infatuation with burning manuscripts, it is really too much worse.
