A few days ago, Xiamen Taxation held a tax experience activity to improve the quality and efficiency of tax services, and invited 13 taxpayer representatives from different tax-related professional service institutions to participate in the tax service experience activities.
During the event, the two sides of the tax and enterprise communicated face-to-face to explore the innovation and improvement of tax services. The tax staff gave a detailed interpretation of the relevant functions and modules of the electronic tax bureau, and guided the experience teachers on how to use them efficiently. The "immersive" experience allows the experiencers to understand the use of the electronic tax bureau system more intuitively, and also provides valuable feedback and suggestions for the improvement of tax services.
In addition, the tax department has extended the in-process and post-event services of tax services to ex-ante services, and expanded from procedural services to equity services, so as to collect the effective demands of taxpayers and payers in advance, realize the supply-side reform of tax services, and continuously improve the quality and efficiency of tax services.
In order to better promote the quality and efficiency of tax services, since 2014, Xiamen Taxation has carried out the Spring Breeze Action to facilitate the people's tax administration for 11 consecutive years, and has launched a total of 637 service measures of various kinds, and has continued to strengthen its efforts in facilitating tax payment channels and solving taxpayers' tax-related demands, so as to continuously optimize the tax business environment in Xiamen.
In the next step, Xiamen Taxation will conscientiously implement the requirements of the State Administration of Taxation to build a new tax service system, and promote the comprehensive improvement of the accessibility, balance and rights and interests of tax and fee services in the process of optimizing and improving tax services at a high level, solving tax demands with high efficiency, and optimizing the tax business environment with high standards, so as to better serve the high-quality development of Xiamen.
