On May 10, the theme salon of "Policies Benefiting Enterprises and Helping Development, Escorting Qinglang G60" Optimizing the Online Business Environment, jointly organized by the Cyberspace Administration of the Songjiang District Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Songjiang District Market Supervision Bureau, was held in the G60 Science and Technology Innovation Cloud Gallery. As the theme day of Shanghai's "Clear Pujiang 2024" Cyber Ecological Governance Action, this salon focuses on the fields of cyber security, data security, personal information protection, online ecological governance, consumer rights and interests protection, etc., builds a communication platform, optimizes the online business environment with precise institutional innovation and effective policy supply, helps enterprises develop legally and compliantly, jointly cultivates and maintains the clear cyber ecology, and escorts and increases efficiency for the high-quality development of the G60 science and technology innovation corridor in the Yangtze River Delta.
At the event, Chang Shan, a professor at the School of Computer Science and Technology of Donghua University, was invited to analyze and interpret the key points and cutting-edge applications of policies and regulations such as the Cybersecurity Law, the Data Security Law, and the Personal Information Protection Law for the development of enterprises in Song, and to provide special guidance on data security compliance issues. Qu Xiaokun, a partner at Dentons, was invited to analyze the compliance strategies of enterprises participating in data security protection and network ecological construction from a legal perspective, and provide practical assistance and guidance for relevant entities to participate in the optimization of the online business environment of the G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor in the Yangtze River Delta.
At the same time, Yu Bin, a legal expert from the State Administration for Market Regulation, analyzed and interpreted the "Regulations on the Implementation of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests" from a practical perspective, and put forward suggestions for enterprises relying on the Internet to carry out products and services to improve service quality and optimize the online business environment. "The experts have conducted in-depth and thorough research and development of cutting-edge technologies and legal analysis of the latest hot issues such as network information security and personal information protection, which has also brought a lot of useful inspiration to our enterprises to protect data security and jointly build a good online business ecosystem." After the meeting, the legal sultan of Shanghai Xinyang Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. told reporters with emotion.
The joint law enforcement point of the Cyberspace Administration of the Songjiang District Party Committee and the Songjiang District Market Supervision Bureau was also unveiled at the event site to improve the supervision ability and comprehensive governance level of the online market economy through joint law enforcement, create a "community" of governing the Internet according to law, and jointly create a clear cyberspace. In the next step, the Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC) will create the "Songjiang District Cyberspace Benefiting Enterprise Service Product Package" in response to the common needs of Internet enterprises and high-tech enterprises in the jurisdiction such as legal services, network security, data security, and personal information protection, so as to promote the overall network security level of enterprises with all-round and full-process cyber information and legal services, create a healthy network ecology with high-standard policy and service measures, promote the healthy and orderly development of the digital economy, and escort the clear G60.
