Announcement on the proposed administrative punishment of 31 violators of the Road Traffic Safety Law

The following 31 offenders, including Liao Riqiang and Liang Zugui, were seized by the First Brigade of the Traffic Police Detachment of the Qinzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau for violating relevant laws and regulations on road traffic safety in accordance with the law. In accordance with the "Administrative Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Provisions on Procedures for Handling Road Traffic Safety Violations" and other provisions, the announcement is hereby announced. According to the above relevant provisions, the parties have the right to make statements, defenses and request a hearing (revocation of the motor vehicle driver's license; A fine of 2,000 yuan or more for a single violation). and where it is not submitted within the time limit, it is deemed to have waived the requirements for statements, defenses, and hearings.

The period of this announcement is seven days, and after the expiration of the announcement period, if the first brigade of the traffic police detachment of the Qinzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau still does not accept the illegal treatment, an administrative punishment decision will be made in accordance with the law.
