Directly classified as a high-risk enterprise: where the motor vehicle under the name of the enterprise has an accident with three or more deaths in the past three months (equal responsibility and above), or the motor vehicle under the name of the enterprise has a total of three or more fatal accidents (equal responsibility and above) in the past three months, or the hazardous chemicals transport vehicle under the name of the enterprise has a traffic accident in the past three months and causes serious consequences such as explosion, gas leakage, liquid leakage, radiation leakage, combustion, etc., or the hazardous chemicals transport vehicle under the name of the hazardous chemicals transport enterprise has not been inspected within the time limit, overdue scrapping, or the driver under the name of the enterprise has drunk driving and drug driving traffic violations in the past three months, directly listed as a high-risk enterprise.
