Supervision and inspection personnel to take the "investigation, publicity, rectification" method, in-depth residential areas to strictly investigate the illegal parking and charging of electric bicycles, in view of the inspection found that there is an electric bicycle "flying line" charging, "into the building into the house" phenomenon, on-site investigation and publicity and education, to guide residents to develop a good habit of safe charging, standardized parking. At the same time, the property management unit is urged to establish a management system of "parking and management, charging and patrolling, and entry and exit registration", and further strengthen the fire prevention and control system of electric bicycles. Since the beginning of the year, a total of 51 residential buildings and residential quarters have been inspected, more than 270 electric bicycles illegally parked and charged in public areas such as stairwells and safety exits have been cleaned up, and more than 100 flying wires have been removed for charging.

Nearly 200 people from the whole flag property personnel were organized to hold an interview and training meeting, emphasizing the severity of the current fire situation and the hazards of electric bicycle fires, requiring all property personnel to master the essentials of electric bicycle fire prevention and fighting, and normalizing the knowledge of the hazards and fire prevention of illegal charging of electric bicycles for the owners of the community. Supervise and urge all property service enterprises to carry out self-inspection and self-correction work on a regular basis to ensure that pre-prevention, in-process management and post-event disposal are in place in a timely manner, and resolutely prevent and curb the occurrence of electric bicycle fire accidents.
"Warning + publicity" to enhance the awareness of the whole people. Actively mobilize community grid members, volunteers and other forces to go deep into residential areas, densely populated places and other places to popularize the precautions for the safe use of electric bicycles to residents through "face-to-face" publicity. Use outdoor LED display screens and electronic screens of social units to scroll to play electric vehicle safety warnings, and widely publicize the dangers of electric bicycle "flying wire charging", "people and vehicles in the same house" and illegal parking. Post posters of electric bicycle safety tips in prominent positions such as public notice boards, elevator entrances, and foyers in various places, turning them into "mobile publicity stations" to create a strong fire safety publicity atmosphere for electric vehicles and further enhance the public's awareness of fire safety.
