Note! There are new requirements for the qualification application form and qualification certificate format of construction engineering quality inspection institutions

A few days ago, the General Office of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued the "Notice on Printing and Distributing the Application Form for the Qualification of Construction Engineering Quality Inspection Institutions and the Format of Qualification Certificates", and issued the "Application Form for Qualification of Construction Engineering Quality Inspection Institutions" and the "Qualification Certificate of Construction Engineering Quality Inspection Institutions", requiring relevant departments to comply with them. The notice makes it clear that after the expiration of the transition period between the old and new qualification standards of construction engineering quality inspection institutions, the original "Notice on Printing and Distributing the Qualification Certificate and Qualification Application Form of Construction Engineering Quality Inspection Institutions" (Jian Qianhan [2005] No. 346) shall be abolished.

Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on Printing and Distributing the Application Form for Qualification of Construction Engineering Quality Inspection Institutions and the Format of Qualification Certificates

Housing and Urban-Rural Development Departments of all provinces and autonomous regions, Housing and Urban-Rural Development (Management) Committees and relevant departments of municipalities directly under the Central Government, and Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureaus of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps:

The "Application Form for Qualification of Construction Engineering Quality Inspection Agency" and the "Qualification Certificate of Construction Engineering Quality Inspection Agency" are now printed and distributed to you, please follow them.

After the expiration of the transition period between the old and new qualification standards of construction engineering quality inspection institutions, the original "Notice on Printing and Distributing the Qualification Certificate and Qualification Application Form of Construction Engineering Quality Inspection Institutions" (Jian Qianhan [2005] No. 346) shall be abolished.
