If it can be reunified, Taiwan will be China's territorial waters, and the mainland army will be stationed on the periphery, and Taiwan's military can be a part of China, similar to Hong Kong's guard.
If Taiwan only puts forward these two demands, for the sake of the great cause of peaceful reunification, the well-being of both sides of the strait, and for the sake of the great goal of China's rejuvenation, the mainland may not be unable to consider such propositions, and perhaps Taiwan will become the next Hong Kong.
In fact, the conditions put forward by Huang Zhenghui are to a large extent in line with the idea of one country, two systems.

More importantly, this policy decision requires the understanding and support of the people, and the peaceful reunification of cross-strait relations is not only an issue that can be solved by politicians and the military, but also requires the joint efforts of the people.
The opinions and feelings of the Taiwan compatriots are of paramount importance, and their aspirations should be respected and fully taken into account.
The Taiwan independence line is no longer popular, and perhaps Taiwan's reunification will meet the will of the people in the future, but there are still a number of diehards in Taiwan who may go all the way to the dark for the sake of their own political jobs, and they are the biggest stumbling block to China's rejuvenation.
I am afraid it will not be so easy for the United States to undermine relations between the mainland and Taiwan.
