"Tuan Tuan" was born on September 1, 2004, and after arriving in Taiwan with "Yuanyuan" on December 23, 2008, he settled in the Taipei Zoo, which is an important symbol of the peaceful development of cross-strait relations. On November 19, 2022, "Tuan Tuan" unfortunately passed away at the age of 18. Previously, the Taipei Zoo had said that it had decided to make ecological specimens in the most natural form of "Tuan Tuan", and the production has been completed. In the future, the specimens will be placed in the Endangered Animal Story Gallery, which is expected to open in September.
