The Shanghai Education Examination Agency reminds candidates:
1. Candidates must take the test at the time and test center in strict accordance with the time specified on their admission ticket and valid documents (including resident ID card, social security card with photo, driver's license, passport, military ID), and arrive at the test center 45 minutes in advance.
(1) On the morning of May 5, candidates will start to enter the chemistry subject test at 8:15, candidates will be prohibited from entering at 9:15, and candidates can leave the venue in advance after 9:30.
(2) On the afternoon of May 5, candidates will enter the ideological and political subject test at 12:15, candidates will be prohibited from entering at 13:15, and candidates can leave the venue in advance after 13:30.
(3) On the afternoon of May 5, candidates will start admission at 14:45, candidates will be prohibited from entering at 15:45, and candidates can leave the venue in advance after 16:00.
(4) On the morning of May 6, candidates will start to enter the history subject test at 8:15, candidates will not be allowed to enter at 9:15, and candidates can leave the venue in advance after 9:30.
(5) On the afternoon of May 6, candidates will start to enter the geography subject test at 12:15, candidates will be prohibited from entering at 13:15, and candidates can leave the venue in advance after 13:30.
(6) On the afternoon of May 6, candidates will enter the venue at 14:45, and candidates will not be allowed to enter at 15:45, and candidates can leave the venue in advance after 16:00.
2. Candidates are requested to carefully read the "Rules for the Examination Room of the Written Examination of the Shanghai General High School Academic Proficiency Examination" (see Appendix 1) and the "Precautions for Candidates of the Shanghai General High School Academic Proficiency Examination" (see Attachment 2), and take the examination in strict accordance with the rules of the examination room. If there are any violations or violations of the law during the examination, they will be dealt with seriously with reference to the Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations (Decree No. 33 of the Ministry of Education) (summary) (see Annex 3) or the Amendment (IX) to the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China (summary) (see Annex 4).
3. Candidates are requested to prepare transparent stationery bags, transparent information bags, and bring stationery and other examination supplies necessary for the test. This exam implements the "secondary security check" of the test center and the examination room:
When entering the test center, candidates must accept the security check of the test center staff, mobile phones and other devices with the function of sending or receiving information are not allowed to be brought into the test center (or closed areas in the test center), candidates must obey the management of the test center, temporarily store their mobile phones in the designated area of the test center, and can only be retrieved after the test, and candidates can also transfer their mobile phones to the parents or teachers in advance for safekeeping.
When entering the examination room, candidates must undergo the security inspection of the invigilator again, and any other items (including correction fluid and correction tape) are not allowed to be brought into the examination room except for the necessary examination supplies stipulated in the "Rules for the Examination Room of the Written Examination Subjects of the Shanghai General High School Academic Proficiency Examination". Candidates are requested to follow the management of the test center staff and jointly maintain the work order and safety of the test center.
4. May 5 is the last day of the "May Day" holiday, and May 6 is the first working day after the end of the holiday.
5. Candidates are requested to pay close attention to the relevant information released on the website of the "Shanghai Recruitment Hotline" of the Shanghai Education Examination Institute, the schools they attend and the district recruitment agencies (see Appendix 5 for the contact information of the recruitment agencies in each district).
