Against the backdrop of the presidential election in the United States this year, Biden needs to appropriately change his stance on the Gaza conflict if he wants to win the votes of the university student community. Patel only pointed out that the Israeli army has committed human rights violations, but did not say whether sanctions will be imposed, mainly because Biden has to cater to the demands of the university student community while avoiding causing discontent among the Israeli and Jewish communities. Under the "money politics" of the United States, where Jews with a lot of wealth control American politics to a certain extent, Biden needs to be cautious about the Gaza conflict, which is of interest to Jews, if he wants to make political contributions.

If Hamas does not give in, Israel will 100 percent attack Rafah, which will lead to an even more catastrophic humanitarian catastrophe. If Hamas lays down its arms, don't expect Israel to stop encroaching on Gaza land, there is no "rest" in the "encroachment policy", not only will Gaza land be encroached upon, but also land in the West Bank.
How will Hamas make a choice? Khalil Haya, a senior Hamas official, said that Hamas is willing to lay down its arms if a "two-state solution" can be realized. Since the outbreak of the conflict in Gaza on October 7 last year, Netanyahu has unequivocally rejected the "two-state solution", which means that Hamas's conditions are unlikely to be accepted, and a decisive battle against Rafah is inevitable.
