On April 28, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Syrsky issued a document saying that the situation on the front line in Ukraine is deteriorating, and the Ukrainian army has been forced to withdraw from many places in the eastern part of Donetsk Oblast. It can be seen that one of the reasons for the defeat of the Ukrainian army is that the Ukrainian army has insufficient firepower and is unable to resist the advance of the Russian army. However, the support may only be superficial, Stoltenberg's real purpose is to fool Zelensky and the Ukrainian people, trying to make them have such a psychology that the Ukrainian army has suffered heavy setbacks on the front line, mainly because NATO has not fully fulfilled its military aid commitments, and then after NATO delivers the delivered weapons, the biggest defect of the Ukrainian army can be remedied, and the dawn of victory can be seen to defeat the Russian army.
Insufficient firepower is indeed a flaw of the Ukrainian army, but this is only one of the flaws. The problems faced by the Ukrainian army are also insufficient troops and low morale. If the Ukrainian army wants to defeat the Russian army, it needs to solve a series of problems it faces, but Stoltenberg only focuses on the lack of firepower. It seems that in his eyes, as long as NATO fully fulfills its military aid commitments, there will be no problems for the Ukrainian army. It is impossible for Stoltenberg not to know that the army needs both steel and gas to win, but Stoltenberg is deceiving himself, obviously fooling Zelensky to continue fighting.
