2024 Linyi Yihe New Area Half Marathon Temporary Traffic Control Announcement on some sections of the course
At 7:30 on May 4, 2024 (Saturday), our city will hold the 2024 Linyi Yihe New District Half Marathon in Yihe New District.
1. Race start and finish line and route
(1) The starting and ending points of the race:
The race is divided into half marathon (hereinafter referred to as "half marathon") and health run, the starting point is set in the south square of Hall 1 of Linyi International Convention and Exhibition Center, the finish point of half marathon is located in the south square of Hall 1 of Linyi International Convention and Exhibition Center, and the end point of health run is set in Xiamen Road.
(2) Route:
The half-marathon is 21.0975 kilometers long, and the race route is as follows: Linyi International Convention and Exhibition Center South Square (starting point→), Henger Road (west to east), → Hong Kong Road (north to south), → Lingong Road (east to west), → Binhe East Road (south to north), → Dongyi Cultural Park to turn back→ Binhe East Road (north to south→), Yimeng Cultural Center→ Binhe East Road and Li Gonghe Road intersection to turn back→Binhe East Road (south to north), →Lingong Road (west to east), → Hong Kong Road (south to north), → Henger Road (west to east), → Linyi International Convention and Exhibition Center South Square (finish)
The healthy run is about 6 kilometers, and the race route is as follows: Linyi International Convention and Exhibition Center South Square (starting point), → Henger Road (west to east), →Hong Kong Road (north to south→ Lingong Road (east to west→), Binhe East Road (south to north), → Zhuhai Road (west to east), Xiamen Road (south to north), → Jinhua Road→ Yihe New Area Central Business District Park (finish point→)
2. Traffic control sections and time periods
(1) Traffic control at the start and end of the race
1. From 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. on May 4, traffic control will be implemented on the half marathon route (the race route where Henger Road, Hong Kong Road, Lingong Road and Binhe East Road are connected) according to the course of the event.
2. From 6 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on May 4, traffic control will be implemented on the health run route (the race route where Henger Road, Hong Kong Road, Lingong Road, Binhe East Road, Zhuhai Road, and Xiamen Road are connected) according to the course of the event.
3. From 20:00 on May 3, 2024, any vehicle parking is prohibited on the above-mentioned controlled road sections.
3. Vehicle detour route:
(1) From west to east and east to west, social vehicles detour along Yihe Road Elevated and Huaxia Road respectively.
(2) Social vehicles driving from south to north and north to south are detoured along Volvo Road, Hot Spring Road or Binhe Road respectively.
(3) During the competition, Hong Kong Road, Zhuhai Road, Shenyang Road, Lingong Road, Customs Road, and Xiamen Road will be open to traffic when the competition is not affected, and vehicles will only be allowed to enter and exit.
Fourth, the parking area schematic diagram
There are a total of 8 parking lots around the venue, and buses and small cars can find the nearest parking lot to park, and vehicles are allowed to park before 5:20 in the parking lot on the north side of the convention and exhibition center during the event.
5. Other control measures
1. During the competition, except for emergency vehicles, security vehicles, shelter vehicles and other event service support vehicles, pedestrians, non-motorized vehicles and motor vehicles are strictly prohibited from crossing the controlled roads, pedestrians are strictly prohibited from climbing over the cordon, guardrails and other road traffic safety facilities, and it is strictly forbidden to occupy the road and park on the controlled roads.
2. In order to minimize the impact on the travel of the public, the traffic management department of the public security organ will resume road traffic section by section in a timely manner according to the progress of the competition. Please understand and support the general public in detail about the road traffic restrictions, make travel arrangements in advance, and give your understanding and support to the inconvenience caused by road traffic travel during the traffic restriction period.
