In 2023, under the strong leadership of the district party committee and the district government, the Lanshan District Fire and Rescue Brigade will always hold high the great banner of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, adhere to the general tone of "stabilizing the word, doing the word as the key, and laying the foundation as the real word", and dig deep at the grassroots level to build a pilot reform of the "one short and three fast" initial battle mechanism, so that the fire prevention and control system will be more mature and perfect, the ability to win and win will be more professional and efficient, and the foundation for construction and development will be more solid and stable. Due to its outstanding achievements, the brigade has been rated as the advanced brigade of the provincial fire and rescue team in 2023 and the advanced brigade for duty training, and has been rated as an advanced unit for supporting the high-quality development of Lanshan by the district party committee and the district government, and the three fire and rescue stations under the jurisdiction of Mall, Xiguan and Yitang have been rated as the advanced team stations of the province's fire and rescue team, and the two fire and rescue stations of Xiguan and Yitang have been rated as advanced units for the safety work of the province's fire and rescue teams, 36 commanders and fighters have been awarded meritorious service awards, and 39 people have been commended and rewarded.
In 2024, all the commanders and fighters of the brigade will move forward with honor and make persistent efforts. In the city's fire and rescue team just held in April "Regulations Learning Month" activities, the brigade party secretary, political instructor Ma Yuntao bowed down to demonstrate, personally participated, and led the team to win the first place in the city's rules and regulations knowledge competition, the fourth place in the internal affairs evaluation, and the fifth place in the drill competition. In the evaluation of the city's fire fighting grassroots command ability, Chen Lei, deputy secretary of the party committee and captain of the brigade, led the team to win the first place.
