The Women's Federation of Xiaoshan District focuses on the construction of female talent team, takes the Litao Community Talent Apartment as a pilot, and establishes the first talent apartment Women's Federation in Zhejiang Province in March 2023, building a comprehensive linkage service network of "Community Women's Federation + Building Women's Federation + Apartment Women's Federation", forming a new apartment service model, helping the growth of female talents, and providing women's wisdom and strength for the high-quality economic development of Xiaoshan.
Located in Yingfeng Street, Xiaoshan District, Litaoyuan Community Talent Apartment is based on the "needs of young people" and has attracted a large number of young talents to gather here. At present, there are a total of 1,968 households, and more than 1,400 households have been occupied, with a total of more than 3,000 people, of which 46.8% are women.
Pay attention to team building and unite "her" together
In view of the characteristics of female talents in the talent apartment, such as the high mobility of female talents, the Street Women's Federation analyzed the situation of female talents, arranged the intended personnel, visited the households to solicit opinions, clarified the candidates for the executive committee of the Women's Federation, and convened a women's congress to elect 7 members of the executive committee of the Women's Federation. Regularly hold training courses for the executive committee of the Women's Federation to effectively improve the ability of the executive committee members to perform their duties. With the joint efforts of the Executive Committee, in 2023, the Women's Federation of Talent Apartment will carry out more than 60 themed activities online and offline, such as life aesthetics, family growth, and women's entrepreneurship...... Various activities have attracted nearly 3,000 female talents, which has improved the comprehensive quality and cohesion of female talents in the talent apartment.
Pay attention to system construction and explore "she" governance
Combined with the micro-community grid governance model, the Talent Apartment Women's Federation, headed by the executive committee of the Women's Federation, has built a micro-grid of female talents, leading enthusiastic female talents to participate in community governance, continuously improving the happiness of female talents and families, and helping the community to create a new "space" for governance. Actively explore the "three-order system" service system of "female talent discussion + women's federation order + quarterly evaluation", and the first batch of 30 female talents in the apartment were recruited to form the main discussion group, creating a normalized discussion space and further improving the accuracy of serving female talents.
Under the implementation of the "three single system" service system, the Women's Federation of Talent Apartment received a total of 35 suggestions and solved 25 problems throughout the year, such as 4 blind date exchange activities have been carried out for the marriage and love of female talents, which has contributed to the success of 5 pairs of hand-holding and continuous follow-up;
Focus on project empowerment to help "her" develop
The Women's Federation of Talent Apartment fully excavated the female talent resources in multiple fields in the apartment and the surrounding buildings, launched the "Yingfeng Time" female talent service project in March 2023, set up a "Co-FOR" service female talent studio, and set up a service team with the main positions of Hangzhou Municipal People's Congress deputies and senior executives of Peking University Information Research Institute. He has provided more than 40 services such as legal aid and policy answers, successfully helped 1 female talent enterprise to settle in the entrepreneurial park in the district, actively organized outstanding female talents such as Jin Rong, a senior self-media person in the talent apartment, to participate in the Xiaoshan Common Wealth Forum, and promoted Xiaoshan's original products through live broadcasts, with a cumulative sales volume of more than 600 orders.
Under the guidance of the Women's Federation of Talent Apartment, in 2023, a total of 1 "Top Ten Most Beautiful Asian Games Women Volunteers in Xiaoshan District", 2 "Red Pilot, the Most Beautiful Party Member Volunteers in Xiaoshan District", and 1 "Yingfeng Most Beautiful Female Science and Technology Talents" will emerge in the Talent Apartment in 2023, inspiring female talents in the apartment to strive for advanced and continuous development, and show their demeanor in the development of service centers and services.
