Recently, Liu Zaiqing, Secretary of the Party Group and Procurator General of our hospital, led a team to Tianjin Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Tianjin Tianbao Holdings Co., Ltd., China Construction Eighth Bureau Tianjin Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. and other state-owned enterprises to carry out research services. Implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on inspecting Tianjin, solidly promote the "Ten Actions" for high-quality development, focus on the "three quantities" and "three new", develop new quality productivity, and promote the special action of "procuratorial protection of enterprises", so as to help the city's state-owned enterprise reform steadily advance, and better serve and ensure the opening up and high-quality development of Binhai New Area.
Research process
In the research service, the focus was on the compliance construction and criminal risk prevention of state-owned enterprises in participating in international competition, and how the procuratorial organs served and protected the state-owned economy and state-owned enterprises in the process of opening up to the outside world and ensuring the high-quality development of Binhai New Area.
The responsible persons of the three state-owned enterprises introduced the historical evolution, development status and prospects of the enterprises, expressed their gratitude to the procuratorial organs for the legal protection and warm-hearted services provided to the state-owned enterprises over the years, and asked the procuratorial organs for solutions to the law-related and litigation-related problems faced by the development of enterprises, the revitalization of existing assets, participation in international competition, the construction of corporate compliance, and the protection of intellectual property rights.
Procurator General Liu Zaiqing introduced to the enterprise leaders the institutional set-up and functional characteristics of our court, as well as the special action of the Supreme People's Procuratorate to "Procuratorial Protection of Enterprises" and the Municipal Procuratorate's "Several Measures of Tianjin Procuratorate to Serve and Guarantee the High-quality Development of Binhai New Area", answered the relevant legal demands one by one, and reached a working consensus with the enterprise on strengthening the prevention of duty-related crimes, criminal risk prevention and control, corporate compliance construction, intellectual property protection, foreign-related legal learning and training, as well as party building, team building, and cultural construction. In the next step, the Third Branch will conscientiously study the pragmatic measures to ensure the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises in response to the rule of law needs of state-owned enterprises, explore the establishment of a legal guarantee mechanism for procuratorial organs to ensure the security of state-owned assets and the development of state-owned enterprises, further optimize the supply of rule of law services, and continue to strengthen the "joint construction of procuratorates and enterprises", so as to provide more effective and powerful legal guarantees for deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises.
