On May 15, the 2024 "Private Enterprise Service Month" on-site job fair hosted by the Liancheng County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and undertaken by the Liancheng County Labor and Employment Center was held in Zhongshan Street Square.
At the scene, the recruiting companies introduced the recruitment conditions and salary of each position to the job seekers in detail, and many job seekers submitted job applications through face-to-face communication. The job fair was attended by 16 companies, including Fujian Saite New Materials Co., Ltd., Fujian Yilong New Material Technology Co., Ltd., Fujian Panpan Guanzhishan Mineral Water Co., Ltd., and Liancheng County Food Factory, involving new materials, food processing, service industry and other industries, providing 480 jobs and 68 people initially reaching the intention on the spot.
Since the launch of the "on" in private enterprises, "job" to the future activities, Liancheng County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau has formulated a private enterprise service month activity plan, through online and offline forms, all-round three-dimensional recruitment and publicity, and expand the coverage of recruitment policies and employment information publicity. At the same time, the county's online recruitment and job search platform "Liancheng Employment Pass" has been established to actively build a two-way docking and communication between personnel with job search needs in our county and private enterprises. At the same time, he also actively went out to attract workers. Liancheng County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau took Scitech New Materials to Yuanxian County and Yunyang County in Yunnan Province to negotiate labor cooperation, and actively introduced more than 100 labor dispatch workers from major human resources provinces to private enterprises, which greatly alleviated the employment needs of private enterprises in our county.
