It is mentioned that triplets have a monthly subsidy of 1,970 yuan. The new regulations will be officially implemented from May 1st!

1. The main content of the revision
The application requirements have been relaxed
The original scope of application was: "children under the age of 16 or over the age of 16 but all of them are in school to receive full-time undergraduate education or below".
In order to better ensure the basic livelihood of the children of triplet families, it is hereby revised to "children under the age of 18 (at least 16 years old, except for those who rely on their own labor income as their main source of livelihood) or who are at least 18 years old but are all in school to receive full-time undergraduate education or below".
The review process is more convenient
The first is to refine the acceptance process, clarifying that "the sub-district office and the township people's government shall review the basic materials submitted by the applicant, and accept the application if the materials are complete, and issue the "Notice of Acceptance of the Application for Living Subsidy for Families with More than Triplets in Shanghai".
The second is to decentralize the main body of review and confirmation, and make it clear that "the sub-district office and the township people's government shall review and confirm it within five working days of receiving the application materials".
2. Subsidy standards
Triplets whose children meet the above age requirements and whose annual per capita disposable income is lower than the per capita disposable income of residents in the city in the previous year can apply for living allowance. The current subsidy standard is 1,970 yuan/month (the subsidy standard is determined at 1.3 times the minimum subsistence security standard).

Changzhi, Shanxi: Maternity subsidies will be issued
The Health Commission of Changzhi City, Shanxi Province and the Municipal Finance Bureau jointly issued the "Notice on Issuing Birth Subsidies for Giving Birth to Two and Three Children in Accordance with the Policy" (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice"), clarifying that families with two children in line with the policy enjoy a one-time birth subsidy of 3,000 yuan, and families with three children in line with the policy enjoy a one-time birth subsidy of 5,000 yuan, and the funds will be borne by the city and county finances at 50%.
The "Notice" points out that both husband and wife or one of the spouses are registered in Changzhi City, and after May 31, 2021 (including May 31), they have two or three children in accordance with the "Shanxi Provincial Family Planning Regulations", and the children are registered in Changzhi City, can enjoy the birth subsidy. The number of children is calculated according to the number of children born to the husband and wife together, and there are four circumstances that are not included in the number of children: children born to remarried couples before remarriage, children adopted by husband and wife, children who have died or disappeared and have been declared dead through legal procedures, and children born to a person other than their spouse during the marriage. If one of the spouses is widowed, the other spouse bears the responsibility for raising the children and actually takes care of the children, and is entitled to a maternity allowance as required. If the husband and wife are divorced, the party to whom the court judgment awards custody of the children, bears the responsibility for raising the children and actually takes care of the children, is entitled to the maternity allowance.
The "Notice" makes it clear that eligible families can declare within the age of three for the child. Before the end of June each year, the husband and wife fill in the "Changzhi City Second and Third Child Birth Subsidy Declaration Form" and apply to the village (resident) committee where the child's household registration is located. The application materials include five contents: the household registration book of the husband and wife and their children, the marriage certificate of the husband and wife, the birth medical certificate, the birth service registration receipt and the declaration form for the birth subsidy of the second and third children in Changzhi City.
The "Notice" requires that the municipal and county finance bureaus should ensure that the birth subsidy funds are in place on time and in full, and ensure that the birth subsidy is issued to personal accounts at the end of November.
