Staff Recruitment Announcements

Due to work needs, the Development and Reform Bureau of Jinning District, Kunming City, has decided to openly recruit labor dispatch auxiliary staff from the public, and the relevant matters related to recruitment are hereby announced as follows:

1. Recruitment positions and numbers

(1) Recruitment positions: staff in comprehensive auxiliary positions;

(2) Number of recruits: 1.

2. Registration conditions

(1) Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;

(2) Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, support the socialist system, love the motherland, consciously abide by laws and regulations, and abide by the rules and regulations of the unit;

(3) Be honest and trustworthy, have excellent moral character, and be in good health;

(4) Age 18 years old and 35 years old, male or female;

(5) Have a full-time college degree or above from an ordinary institution of higher learning, with no major limit;

(6) Strong sense of responsibility, proficient in operating all kinds of office software;

(7) Relevant work experience in party and government departments is preferred. (Work experience certificate issued by the relevant unit is required).

(8) Persons with any of the following circumstances shall not register:

1. Those who have received criminal punishment or are suspected of violating the law or crime and have not yet been clarified;

2. Those who have been administratively detained, institutionalized, or educated, or have a history of drug abuse;

3. Those who are under judicial investigation and have not yet reached a conclusion;

4. Being dismissed from public office or dismissed by a state organ or public institution;

5. Those who have been found to have committed fraud or other serious violations of hiring discipline in all levels and types of examinations, or are currently undergoing disciplinary review;

6. Have a relatively serious negative personal credit record;

7. Being dismissed, dismissed, or dismissed from the original unit due to violations of discipline or regulations;

8. Other applicants who do not meet the requirements for employment in accordance with laws and regulations.

3. Registration and qualification review

(1) Registration time: April 28, 2024 - May 8, 2024, 09:00-12:00, 13:00-17:00 every day, except weekends and statutory holidays.

(2) Registration location: Room 304, 3rd Floor, Office of Development and Reform Bureau, Jinning District, Kunming City (No. 861, Kunyang Street, Kunyang Street, Jinning District, Kunming City)

(3) Registration method: Applicants should register on-site at the designated registration location within the specified time limit, and online and telephone registration is not accepted, and no application is allowed.

(4) Materials to be provided when registering:

1. One copy of the registration and qualification review form for staff in auxiliary positions (Annex 1);

2. The original ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate (returned after viewing) and 1 copy;

3. One copy of the academic qualification certification report (inquiry on the academic information network);

4. 1 copy of the letter of commitment to the integrity of the recruitment of staff in auxiliary positions (Annex 2).

Fourth, the way of recruitment and employment

The recruitment was conducted in a combination of written tests and interviews. The mode of employment is labor dispatch.

(1) Written examination

1. Written test method

The written test will be conducted in a closed-book manner, and the number of applicants can only be opened when the number of applicants reaches 3 or more. It mainly tests the comprehensive basic knowledge of candidates, including relevant theoretical knowledge, current affairs and political knowledge, and basic knowledge of laws and regulations corresponding to the recruitment position, with a full score of 100 points. This exam does not specify any training provider and review materials.

2. Time and place of the written test

Time: 09:30-11:30, May 10, 2024

Venue: Conference Room on the 4th Floor of the Development and Reform Bureau of Jinning District, Kunming City (subject to official notice)

3. Inquiry of written test results: The results of the written test will be announced through the public notice board of the Development and Reform Bureau of Jinning District, Kunming City before May 13.

(2) Interview

1. Interview method

According to the order of the candidates' written test scores from high to low, they will enter the interview according to the ratio of 1:3 of the number of recruits, and the same written test scores will enter the interview together. If the ratio is less than 1:3, the interview will be conducted in equal amounts according to the actual number of participants.

2. Time and place of interview

Time: May 14, 2024, 9:00-12:00

Venue: Small conference room on the fourth floor of the Development and Reform Bureau of Jinning District, Kunming City (subject to the official notice)

Interview method: Structured interview, full score of 100 points.

3. Interview results inquiry: The interview results will be announced through the public notice board of the Development and Reform Bureau of Jinning District, Kunming City before May 15.

(3) Calculation method of grades

The scores of the written test and interview are calculated according to the 100-point system, and the final comprehensive score = 50% of the written test score × + 50% of the interview score × (each score is rounded to two decimal places)

5. Physical examination

(1) According to the final comprehensive score ranking, according to the number of job recruits 1:1 ratio to determine the list of physical examination personnel, when the comprehensive results are tied, the interview score is higher to enter the physical examination and inspection.

(2) Participants in the physical examination must go to a general hospital at or above the county level (including the county level) for physical examination, and the physical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial), and the cost of physical examination shall be borne by the candidates.

(3) Those who fail to pass the physical examination will be disqualified from their proposed employment, and the candidates will be informed that the vacant positions will be filled in order from high to low in terms of comprehensive scores.

6. Political censorship

(A) the Kunming Jinning District Development and Reform Bureau Office is responsible for the political review of the personnel to be hired, the political review should have a comprehensive understanding of the ideological and political performance, moral character, professional ability, work performance, compliance with the law and other aspects of the personnel to be hired, and whether the personnel to be hired meet the recruitment conditions, whether the relevant materials provided are accurate.

(2) Vacancies caused by unqualified political examination or waiver of rights shall be filled in order of comprehensive results from high to low.

7. Employment and publicity

(1) According to the comprehensive results, physical examination results and political review, the unit shall determine the personnel to be hired, and announce and publicize them on the public notice board of the Development and Reform Bureau of Jinning District, Kunming City for 5 working days (including holidays and weekends).

(2) If there is no objection to the publicity, go through the relevant entry procedures.

8. Other matters

(1) In any of the following circumstances, it shall be deemed to have been automatically waived:

1. The person to be hired voluntarily gives up the employment;

2. After the expiration of the publicity period, the person cannot be contacted;

3. Failure to participate in the assessment and physical examination within the prescribed time.

(2) In any of the following circumstances, the registration and employment qualifications shall be cancelled:

1. Falsifying, forging, altering certificates, certificates, or other improper means to obtain qualifications.

2. Fraud in the process of assessment and physical examination.

3. Other behaviors that violate the relevant regulations of open recruitment.
