On April 29, 2024, the fourth batch of local government bonds in Jiangxi Province was successfully issued, and Qingshanhu District was approved to add 79 million yuan of special bond funds, with a bond term of 30 years and a coupon rate of 2.68%. The bond funds issued this time will be used for the renovation of old urban communities in our district, agriculture and other fields, of which 10 million yuan will be arranged for the "2023 Old Community Renovation Project of Hufang Town, Qingshanhu District, Nanchang City", 17 million yuan for the "2023 Old Community Renovation Project of Jingdong Town, Qingshanhu District, Nanchang City", 10 million yuan for the "2023 Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Dormitory and Other Eleven Old Community Renovation Projects in Qingshanhu District, Nanchang City", and "2023 Rural Human Settlements Improvement Construction Project in Qingshanhu District, Nanchang City" 42 million yuan, focusing on promoting the construction of rural infrastructure and public services in our district, improving the living environment of local residents, improving the quality of life, and giving full play to the role of bond funds to make up for shortcomings.
