On the afternoon of April 26, the Education Bureau of Qixia District of Nanjing City and the Famous Teacher Workstation of Qixia District held the awarding ceremony of the "Jin Liyi Famous Teacher Studio" sub-station and the teaching and training activities in Longtan Central Primary School. Wang Shouyun, second-level researcher of the District Education Bureau, Zhou Wenjin, Chief of the Personnel Section of the District Education Bureau, Jin Liyi, Secretary of the Party Branch and Principal of Nanjing Xiaozhuang Primary School, Hu Ronghua, Vice Principal of the District Teacher Development Center, Li Liukou, Training Department of the District Teacher Development Center, Chen Zhijun, Secretary of Longtan Central Primary School, Chen Bin, Secretary of Maigaoqiao Central Primary School, and some Chinese teachers of the two schools participated in the event.

This stage of the activity was presided over by Hu Ronghua, vice principal of the District Teacher Development Center. First of all, Chen Zhijun, secretary of Longtan Central Primary School, delivered a welcome speech. Then, Zhou Wenjin, section chief of the Personnel Department of the District Education Bureau, read out the document of the Famous Teacher Workstation and announced that the "Jin Liyi Famous Teacher Studio" had set up sub-stations in Longtan Central Primary School and Maigaoqiao Central Primary School respectively. Wang Shouyun, a second-level researcher of the District Education Bureau, and Jin Liyi, principal of Xiaozhuang Primary School, respectively awarded the license to the person in charge of the sub-station of "Jin Liyi Famous Teacher Studio".
Principal Jin Liyi spoke as the host of the famous teacher studio, he summarized the key factors for the growth of famous teachers: one is the leadership care, the second is the help of nobles, and the third is his own efforts, he said that he will be a good leader, give full play to the role of the studio in incubation, leadership, demonstration and radiation, increase and accelerate the development of young teachers, and make a modest contribution to the high-quality development of Qixia District.

The second stage: Jin Liyi's famous teacher's studio sends teaching and training
Xia Guorui, a teacher from Longtan Central Primary School, teaches the text "Our Wonderful World". Teacher Xia closely follows the "wonderful" to guide students to learn independently, taste the language, practice reading aloud, accumulate a sense of language, and feel the wonder of the world.
Zhang Lingling, a teacher from Xiaozhuang Primary School, teaches "Underwater World". Mr. Zhang closely followed the keyword "strange scenery in the underwater world" to teach. First, let students feel the strangeness of the activities of the underwater animals, and then understand that the underwater plants are very different, and further feel the strangeness. At the end of the event, Principal Jin Liyi, the host of the Famous Teacher's Studio, gave a lecture entitled "The Turn of Reading Teaching under the Guidance of Core Literacy", and Principal Jin talked about three aspects: first, the understanding of core literacy should be in place, second, the text should be interpreted thoroughly, and third, the teaching design should be simple. In the lecture, President Jin repeatedly emphasized that the teaching of reading should pay attention to the cultivation of language use and thinking ability, so as to improve students' core literacy in Chinese.
