In order to improve the level of accurate service for retired cadres, recently, the Veteran Cadres Bureau of Minhou County Party Committee further optimized the home care service project for retired cadres to better meet the personalized and diversified service needs of retired cadres.

Door-to-door visits, basic information is more accurate
Led by the leaders of the bureau, the relevant staff visited the retired cadres one by one, further grasped the basic information of the retired cadres, and achieved the "five clear" (recent physical health status, ideological status, personal hobbies, personal needs, and information of permanent residents at home), laying a solid foundation for a new round of home-based elderly care services.

Adjust and optimize, and the service items are more adaptable
Through door-to-door visits, we learned more about the opinions and suggestions of retired cadres and their families, and held an analysis and coordination meeting, negotiated with home-based elderly care service institutions, adjusted and optimized service items and service requirements, signed a new round of service agreements, and provided retired cadres with 28 services in seven categories, including emergency rescue, meal assistance, cleaning assistance, walking assistance, bathing assistance, medical assistance, and rehabilitation, so that retired cadres can enjoy more convenient, thoughtful and accurate services.

Supervise and rectify to ensure a better level
In order to closely connect with the new round of home-based elderly care services, the staff came to the door to send home-based elderly care service guides to retired cadres and their families, and explained and answered questions in detail. At the same time, we will strengthen the supervision, return visit and evaluation of service quality, and promptly supervise and rectify the problems reported by retired cadres and follow up the implementation to ensure that service quality is further improved.
