The event attracted nearly 200 local people, representatives of the Chinese community and overseas Chinese groups.

During the event, Chen Wei, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the South Philadelphia Crime Victims and Witness Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), expressed his gratitude to the representatives of the Pennsylvania Chinese Overseas Chinese Association, the Greater Philadelphia Chinese Restaurant Association, the Philadelphia Changle Association, the Greater Philadelphia Nirvana Dance Troupe, and the Philadelphia Mazu Cultural Exchange Association.

Zhu Feng, president of the Greater Philadelphia Chinese Restaurant Association, said that the service provides legal aid and application for relevant government support funds for hundreds of overseas Chinese victims every year. The service office's active service to overseas Chinese victims has been highly praised by the Chinese community. Zhu Feng called on overseas Chinese and Chinese to actively donate money to support the work of the service cooperative.

It is reported that the fundraising activities included two links: silent auction and lucky draw, and a total of 1,450 US dollars (about 10,500 yuan) was donated by representatives of the Chinese community.
