After the release of the first issue of the online catering "red and black list" in Suiyang County in 2024, it has attracted great attention from all walks of life. In order to give full play to the role of the "red and black list" in supervising online catering, further eliminate potential food safety hazards, and continue to promote the "black to red" of problematic catering service units. The Suiyang County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau has reviewed and verified the catering service units that were included in the "black list" in the last period, and the implementation of the rectification is now publicized.
1. Ji Zhou Zhou (glutinous rice)
Rectification: Food safety training has been carried out on the spot, the "three prevention" facilities are used normally during the operation period, the kitchen hygiene has been fully cleaned and kept clean and tidy, the ingredients in the store have been fully cleaned up, and no expired condiments and moldy ingredients have been found.

2. Authentic Lanzhou ramen
Rectification: The "three prevention" facilities have been used normally during the operation period, the kitchen has been fully cleaned and kept clean and tidy, the garbage cans have been covered, the walls and kitchen utensils have been cleaned up, and the ingredients have been stored in a standardized manner.

3. The old Shanghai wonton king
Rectification: The "three prevention" facilities are in normal use during the operation period, the kitchen has been fully cleaned and kept clean and tidy, the garbage cans have been covered, non-GMO oil has been used, the dining utensils have been cleaned and disinfected with disinfection cabinets, and food safety training has been conducted for businesses on site.

After the rectification, the food safety status of the three online catering service stores listed in the "black list" has basically reached the standard, and they are now withdrawn from the "black list" list.
The County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau will continue to carry out the rectification of online catering chaos and resolutely crack down on business behaviors that violate food safety.
