Agglomeration of innovative elements. At present, the province's science and technology system has built 19 national (national) key laboratories, of which 16 are in the field of advanced manufacturing, which has effectively consolidated the scientific research "foundation" for the development of advanced manufacturing industry. The manufacturing innovation system of "1 national + 11 provincial" manufacturing innovation centers and "62 national + 1000 provincial" enterprise technology centers has been built, which has become the biggest confidence for the manufacturing industry to move towards the middle and high-end. The second is to optimize and improve the laboratory system.
