At the drill site, complex disaster scenarios such as people being trapped, water accumulation on road sections and accompanying typhoons caused by heavy rainfall were simulated. With the order of the commander-in-chief of the exercise, all departments quickly activated the emergency plan and entered the emergency response state. The rescue team quickly assembled, and seven subjects, including water drainage, island rescue, start-up response, drone inspection, night search and rescue, ground disaster rescue, and termination response, were carried out in turn, and various rescue equipment such as kayaks, drones, and drainage vehicles took turns to fight, and the whole process was tense and orderly, showing the county's efficient emergency response capabilities in the face of sudden disasters. All participating units worked closely together to complete the established subjects and achieved the expected results.
This drill comprehensively demonstrated the whole process of flood prevention and typhoon prevention and geological disaster emergency rescue such as forecasting, decision-making, scheduling, rescue, personnel transfer, etc., and used high-tech emergency rescue equipment such as unmanned aerial vehicles, emergency broadcasting, and intelligent probes for disaster points for the first time. Through the exercise, the emergency linkage mechanism was further optimized, the emergency rescue team was tempered, and the construction of the emergency rescue system was promoted, which laid the foundation for the county's flood prevention, drought resistance, disaster relief, and disaster relief.
