7. 8. If the meteorological department issues a warning signal for class suspension during the admission time, the childcare institution shall take emergency measures to ensure the safety of the infant and toddler in the kindergarten until a safe and appropriate arrangement has been made to allow parents to bring the infant home at the appropriate time, but it does not mean that the childcare institution shall arrange for all parents to bring the infant home immediately.
9. If the meteorological department issues an early warning signal for the suspension of classes during the return home period, the childcare institution shall take emergency measures to ensure the safety of infants and young children in the kindergarten. For infants and toddlers who are picked up and dropped off by parents, parents should be reminded to pay attention to road safety, and for those who are picked up and dropped off by childcare institutions, the early warning signal level should be lowered and safety should be ensured before they can be organized to return home.
10. When the warning signal for class suspension is issued during holidays or weekends, childcare institutions shall not organize infants and toddlers to return to kindergartens, and shall not arrange for infants and toddlers to participate in various collective activities for any reason, and shall issue safety warning information to remind parents to do a good job of safety supervision outside infants and kindergartens.
11.
