The production of copper water stop should comply with the following provisions:
(1) Remove oil, floating skin and dirt from the surface.
(2) It is advisable to press and form with a compression die, and the corners and crosses should be made in the processing plant and leave an appropriate length
Straight section to facilitate on-site lapping; The seams should be welded firmly.
(3) When double-sided welding is used, lap or butt should be used for the welding of water-stop joints, and the lap length should not be less than 20mm.
(4) Protective measures should be strengthened for long-term exposure.

3) Concrete pouring at the waterstop joint
(1) The horizontal waterstop should be in the middle of the pouring layer, at the elevation of the waterstop, and the <不得设置>construction joint.
(2) When pouring concrete, the <不得冲撞>waterstop, when the concrete will submerge the waterstop, its surface dirt should be removed again.
(3) Vibrator <不得触及>water stopper.
(4) The template of the embedded waterstop sheet should be <推迟>appropriately removed from the mold.
