The project is located on the east bank of the main stream of the middle reaches of the Yellow River, at the west foot of the Luliang Mountains, in the middle of the key ecological region of the Yellow River, involving 6 counties of Pu County, Xi County, Yonghe County, Daning County, Ji County and Xiangning County of Linfen City, with a total of 11 sub-projects, and the construction content involves comprehensive treatment of soil and water conservation, river system and water ecological protection and restoration, water environment pollution control, farmland improvement and soil and water conservation projects, with a total area of 28,017.19 hectares. After completion, it will help to solve the problems of insufficient connectivity, water pollution, single ecosystem, and weak water ecological function of some rivers in the implementation area, and effectively restore the river ecosystem and improve the ecological service function of the river through the treatment of solid pollutants in the river, the construction of water storage facilities such as sand barriers, ecological revetments, bank protection forests, and water ecosystems.

The project is located in Xiqing District and Jinghai District, Tianjin, and the main construction content is to add the right side of the Daqing River 15. 23 km, 8.297 km on the left side of the Daqing River, 4.102 km on the left side of the Taitou River, 4.133 km on the left embankment of the Daqing River, and 15.3 km of dredging and expansion of the Daqing River. Build a new retreat route for the Seven Monkeys and rebuild the Toutou Retreat Road. The new Qingnan flood gate is 600 cubic meters per second, and the new Qingnan flood gate is 1400 cubic meters per second. After completion, it will enable the residents in the severe risk area to be properly resettled, ensure the safety of people's lives and property in the flood storage and detention area, make up for the shortcomings of the flood control project of the Daqing River system, and promote the coordinated development of regional economy and society.

The project is located in the middle and lower reaches of the Daqing River system in the Haihe River Basin of Tianjin, south of Dongdian, downstream of the Heilonggang River, between the Ziya River and the South Canal, and north of the Ziya New River, with a total area of about 911.13 square kilometers, and the main construction content includes the treatment of the right embankment station ZR0+000~ZR16+810 section of the Ziya River, with a length of 16.810 kilometers, 11 buildings renovated, and 13 new embankment roads. The new section of Ziya Industrial Park is ZRC0+000~ZRC13+000, with a length of 13 kilometers, 11 new buildings, and 51 new embankment roads. The project is located in the north of Erwangzhuang Village, Erwangzhuang Town, Baodi District, Tianjin, covering an area of about 13 square kilometers, and the original reservoir was completed in 1983 and is an important water source hub and storage reservoir in Tianjin. The total length of the dam is 14.3 kilometers, the elevation of the crest of the dam is 9.9 meters, the elevation of the top of the wave wall is 11.10 meters, the dead water level is 2 meters, and the design water level is 8.50 meters. After completion, the total storage capacity of the reservoir will reach 83 million cubic meters, the Xingli reservoir capacity will be 70 million cubic meters, and the dead reservoir capacity will be 13 million cubic meters. After completion, it will solve the problem of insufficient water from the middle line of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project during the peak period of water consumption in the near future, ensure the needs of stable water supply in the northern region, and build a "three-line defense line" water supply security system in the northern region of "external water diversion as the main water source, Erwangzhuang Reservoir as emergency backup, and Beidagang Reservoir as a strategic reserve", so as to comprehensively improve the ability of the northern region to resist water supply risks.

The project is located at the junction of Baoning and Ninghan of the Ji Canal in Tianjin, and the main construction contents include the junction of the left embankment of Tianjin and Hebei ~ Caozhuang Bridge (station number JC0+000~JC0+648), the section of Lutai Jianguo ~ Dayinzhuang section of the left embankment (station number LD0+000~LD5+592), and the right embankment Xiaobozhuang Bridge ~ Chuangu Village section (station number XC0+000~XC3+840) embankment heightening and reinforcement and the treatment of 13 buildings along the line. After the completion of the section of the river to meet the flood control once in 20 years, the drainage machine once in 5 years, the self-discharge once in 10 years treatment standards, the design flow rate of 550 ~ 1300 cubic meters / second, improve the flood control and drainage capacity of the Ji Canal, improve the ecological environment and project management, so as to ensure the flood control and drainage safety of this section of the river.

The project is located in Jizhou District, Tianjin, and the main construction contents include 7.98 kilometers of heightened and reinforced embankments in the Jizhou section of the left embankment of the Ji Canal, 17.35 kilometers of hardened embankment top pavement, 1 embankment building demolished and reconstructed, 2 repairs and reinforcements, and 2 demolitions. After completion, this section of the river will meet the flood control standard once in 20 years, with a design flow of 400 cubic meters per second, and the drainage machine will be discharged once in 5 years and self-drained once in 10 years, so as to improve the flood control and drainage capacity of the Ji Canal and improve the ecological environment and project management, so as to ensure the flood control and drainage safety of this section of the river.
