The project is located in Zhumadian City, Henan Province, with a construction area of 192,300 square meters, including factory buildings, R&D centers, office buildings, staff restaurants, water and electricity equipment rooms, guard rooms and other construction, decoration and mechanical and electrical installation projects. After the completion of the project, it will promote the large-scale, industrialization, standardization and brand development of the plant, improve the product quality level and market influence, and drive the local economic development.
The project is located in Baotou City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, with a construction area of 120,000 square meters, including high-rise residential buildings, supporting public buildings and supporting ancillary facilities, including 9 residential buildings, 4 commercial buildings, a basement and a number of supporting buildings. The project is the follow-up project of the "Kunming District Sandwich House Renovation Project Construction Section I", "Kunming District Sandwich House Renovation Project Construction Section 2" Yingbin Community Renovation Project and "Guanghui District 2 Sandwich House Renovation Project" undertaken by the company in 2024, which is a strong embodiment of the company's response to the major strategic decisions of the "three major projects" of national affordable housing and the deep cultivation of regional customers.
