On April 23, the Provincial Recruitment Institute announced the "Implementation Measures for the 2024 Examination Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in Shandong Province (Summer College Entrance Examination)" and the "Implementation Measures for the Examination and Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in Shandong Province in 2024 (Spring College Entrance Examination)". Among them, the summer college entrance examination implements the "3+3" examination mode, which is scheduled to be held from June 7 to June 10. The results of the summer college entrance examination will be announced by June 26.

The summer college entrance examination adopts the "3+3" model

There are eight levels of conversion scores

According to the "Implementation Measures", the summer college entrance examination in our province implements the "3+3" examination mode, including 3 subjects such as Chinese, mathematics, and foreign language (including written test and listening) in the national unified college entrance examination, as well as 3 subjects selected by candidates from 6 subjects such as ideology and politics, history, geography, physics, chemistry, and biology in the ordinary high school academic level examination. The national unified college entrance examination foreign languages are divided into six languages, including English, Russian, Japanese, French, German, Spanish, etc., and candidates can choose one of the languages to take the test.

The total score of college admissions is composed of the results of 3 unified college entrance examination subjects and the results of 3 self-selected general high school academic level examination subjects, with a total score of 750 points. The full score of the original score of the 3 unified college entrance examination subjects is 150 points, and the full score of the original score of the 3 grade examination subjects selected by the candidates is 100 points, which is converted into a grade score and included in the total score, and the full score of each subject grade is 100 points.

The national unified college entrance examination subjects use the national unified proposition test paper, and the examination time is arranged on the whole day of June 7 and the afternoon of June 8, of which the language test time is 150 minutes, the mathematics test time is 120 minutes, and the foreign language (written test) test time is 100 minutes; the foreign language (listening) test is arranged on the morning of January 8, and it is organized twice in a row, each test lasts about 20 minutes, and the highest score in the two tests is included in the foreign language subject score.

The level examination is independently proposed by our province, and candidates choose 3 subjects from 6 subjects such as ideology and politics, history, geography, physics, chemistry, and biology to participate in the examination. The exam is scheduled for June 9-10, and each subject lasts 90 minutes. The grade test calculates the score segment ratio in the order of the original score from high to low, and divides the score into eight grades according to the prescribed conversion score interval ratio (3%, 7%, 16%, 24%, 24%, 16%, 7%, 3%), A, B+, B, C+, C, D+, D, and E, and converts the scores according to the equal proportion conversion rule in each grade.

The general category has a maximum of 96 volunteers for the regular batch

The art undergraduate has been slightly adjusted in advance

The summer college entrance examination enrollment categories are divided into three categories: general, art, and sports, and admission will be carried out in batches according to the categories. Candidates must meet the requirements of college enrollment categories and major (professional) subjects. Candidates who are admitted in each category batch will no longer participate in the subsequent application and admission.

The general category is divided into three admission batches: early batch, special type batch and regular batch. According to the total score of the candidates' summer college entrance examination, the first line of the general category shall be delineated according to the number of general undergraduate enrollment plans of 1:1.2, the second section line of the general category shall be delineated according to the total number of general undergraduate enrollment plans and the source of students, which shall be the minimum control line for candidates to participate in admission, and the special type enrollment control line shall be delineated according to the number of general undergraduate enrollment plans of 1:0.5.

The general category will be approved in advance to arrange 2 times of voluntary filling, and the volunteer mode of the school unit will be implemented. The special type batch will arrange 1 volunteer to fill in, and candidates will fill in 1 college volunteer. The regular batch arranges 3 times of volunteer filling, all of which implement the parallel volunteer model of "professional (professional) + school" as the unit, and 1 "professional (professional) + school" is 1 volunteer, and the maximum number of volunteers to fill in each time is not more than 96.

The art category is divided into three admission batches: undergraduate early approval, undergraduate batch and junior college batch. The control line for the cultural admission of art undergraduates is based on the first line of the general category and is delineated according to the proportion of each major category stipulated by the Ministry of Education, and the control line for the cultural admission of art majors is the same as that of the general category. Different from previous years, the undergraduate program of art has been approved in advance to increase the enrollment of undergraduate majors in opera in the inter-provincial joint examination.

The sports category is divided into two admission batches: early batch and regular batch. The physical education category is divided according to the comprehensive score within the scope of the students who have passed the major. The comprehensive score is calculated according to the method of accounting for 70% of the professional score and 30% of the cultural score. According to the comprehensive results of the candidates, the first line of sports will be delineated according to the number of 1:1.2 of the number of undergraduate enrollment plans for physical education, and the second line of physical education will be delineated according to the total number of undergraduate and junior college enrollment plans and the source of students, which will be the minimum control line for candidates to participate in admission.

The college entrance examination implements online filling in volunteers

In principle, parallel volunteer batches will not be withdrawn

Candidates should fill in the voluntary application online according to the conclusion of the physical examination, the application category, level, and optional subjects, combined with the results, and refer to the enrollment professional plan in the "Guide to Filling in the Volunteers" or the vacancy plan published online, and the "Enrollment Regulations" of colleges and universities. In the batch of parallel volunteering, among the candidates whose total scores reach the corresponding score line, the relevant colleges and universities can generally independently determine the proportion of candidates' files according to the school's student source situation, plan situation and simulated application line, with a ratio not less than 1:1 of the enrollment plan. For candidates who have passed the ideological and political character assessment, met the requirements of the physical examination, and whose total scores have reached the admission control score line of the same batch and meet the requirements of colleges and universities, in principle, they are not allowed to withdraw from the file except for normal reasons (specifically stipulated by the Ministry of Education or the enrollment regulations of the university).

For batches that do not implement parallel volunteering, among the candidates whose total scores reach the corresponding score line, colleges and universities can generally determine the proportion of candidates' files within 120% of the number of enrollment plans of the university (or according to the proportion prescribed by the relevant higher-level competent authorities). For candidates who pass the ideological and political character assessment, meet the requirements of the physical examination, and have the results of the summer college entrance examination to meet the admission control score line of the same batch and meet the requirements of colleges and universities, whether to admit and the majors to be admitted shall be determined by the colleges and universities themselves, and shall be responsible for explaining the reasons for the withdrawal of candidates who have submitted files but have not been admitted, and dealing with other remaining problems.

With the exception of some special schools (majors) such as military, national defense, and public security, colleges and universities must not stipulate the ratio of male and female students to be admitted, and must not impose restrictions on the number of foreign languages in the unified examination for candidates applying for non-Chinese foreign language and literature majors, and must not impose other restrictions other than those provided for in the national enrollment policy. Colleges and universities cannot refuse to admit candidates who are physically disabled, able to take care of themselves, able to complete the study of the major they have applied for, and whose college entrance examination scores meet the requirements.
