In this regard, it is necessary to focus on the needs of major scenarios of Chinese-style modernization, promote the integrated innovation of national strategic scientific and technological forces, greatly improve the systematic ability of scientific and technological research, and promote the modernization of scientific and technological innovation architecture and capabilities.

Strengthen the status of enterprises in scientific and technological innovation, and promote the modernization of scientific and technological innovation subjects
