The first to share is the vice principal of moral education Geng Lei, she shared a good book is Tao Xiping's "Immersed in Search", this book explores how to teach quietly, concentrate on educating people's views, listen to her sharing everyone also remember a sentence: there is no ideal education in the world, but there is an ideal of education.
Ms. Han Huili, the director of teaching, shared with you an interesting popular science novel "Undercover Robot" that she read, and her vivid narration attracted everyone and aroused everyone's interest in popular science books. As teachers, we should have a variety of reading, and we should also bring children a variety of reading materials to increase their knowledge and enrich their knowledge.
Professor Yu Wensen said: The cultivation of a student's core literacy comes from the cultivation of core literacy in various disciplines, the key competencies and core values of the disciplines, all of which are passed on to students through our classrooms. Don't let knowledge become a burden, and don't make it a joke about developing ability. Teacher Zhu Lina shared a traditional culture enlightenment book written by Dr. Huang Xiaodan to parents, "Tao Yuanming is also troubled", which is an enlightenment and general knowledge book about traditional culture. This book shows us the real and complex traditions, looks for the best of them, introduces and explains to the readers what knowledge is still useful today, and at the same time reminds the reader of the possible dross of the tradition. She told us which classics are suitable for children to read, how to read them, and how much to read. Mr. Zhu's sharing made everyone re-understand traditional culture.
The new teacher, Mr. Han Dongyan, shared an interesting psychology book "Mr. Toad Goes to a Psychiatrist", which tells the story of Mr. Toad's journey of self-psychological redemption. Mr. Han shared with us that in the process of Mr. Toad's counseling, from self-rejection to self-acceptance, he finally found the cause of his unhappiness and the coordinates of his life, and found his own path and destination. We also learned some methods of psychological therapy, focusing on the mental health development of ourselves and our students, so that we can welcome each day with a sunny mood.
Ms. Su Ruiling, the first-grade homeroom teacher, shared her recent book "The Art of War", which gave us the biggest inspiration: education is full of art, but the only constant is caring for students. Capture the "shining point" to enhance students' self-confidence, do what they like, induce loneliness with love, and stimulate self-motivation. To approach students is to complete life.
The atmosphere of the sharing meeting was warm, and the teachers said that they benefited a lot.
