At the event site, the People's Armed Forces Department of Yunyan District and the recruitment workstation of colleges and universities set up propaganda points, placed recruitment publicity materials, interpreted the recruitment policy to the students, explained the registration process, and gave guiding suggestions for the military career planning, military treatment and military career development that college students are concerned about.
In order to dispel the concerns of the students, the staff of the Ministry of People's Armed Forces and the teachers of the school's military recruitment workstation also specially invited a group of "special" propagandists, who were college students who had retired from military service and returned to school, which attracted many students to take the initiative to come forward for consultation. At the propaganda site, the Minister of the Ministry of People's Armed Forces used his personal experience of more than 20 years of pen to introduce the significant impact of military camp life on life development and the benefits of joining the army, and inspired the students to actively respond to the national policy to join the army and serve the country.
"It has always been my dream to be a soldier, and this 'double election meeting' has set up a college student propaganda point for our graduates, providing us with a better understanding of the development of the army and a different job choice, and I hope that this year we can get our wish and realize our dream of joining the army!" said Liu Junjie, a fresh graduate who participated in the "double election meeting."
