On April 21, the "Dayao Cup" 2024 Shaanxi Baoji Chencang Jiulongshan Ecological Half Marathon started in the Jiulong Mountain Scenic Area, attracting more than 8,000 professional runners and road runners from all over the country.
There are two categories in this event: men's and women's half marathon (21.0975 km) and 5 km fun run. The whole track is set up with three major tourist attractions running through Chencang Jiulong Mountain, running through the Danxia landform of Maiduo Mountain, the scenery of the Xianyun Line, and the barrier of Lingbao Gorge, integrating the natural landscape into the marathon, so that the participants can blend with the beautiful scenery of the scenic spot during the run.
After enjoying the spring color of Chencang, the participants crossed the finish line safely and completed their marathon challenges.
It is understood that Wang Zhe won the men's half-marathon championship with a time of 1 hour, 10 minutes and 54 seconds, Liu Lei and Wang Xiaoping won the second and third places with a time of 1 hour 12 minutes 01 seconds and 1 hour 13 minutes 54 seconds respectively, Wang Wentian won the women's half marathon championship with a time of 1 hour 23 minutes 06 seconds, and Zhao Geyan and Xue Meimei won the second and third places with a time of 1 hour 26 minutes and 1 hour 29 minutes 49 seconds respectively.
It is worth mentioning that in this competition, the organizing committee of the event also carefully launched a rich route products such as mountaineering exploration tour, landscape slow city tour, grassland leisure tour, rural food tour, flower sea romantic tour, etc., with outstanding theme characteristics and complete leisure functions, which will provide athletes and tourists with fresh and different Xifu memories, pastoral fun, landscape scenery and urban scenery.
