The white-bellied golden pheasant mostly inhabits the forests, shrubs and open areas at an altitude of 2000-4000 meters, and rarely appears in downtown areas. After escaping from prison, he was able to stay in the downtown area of Wuhan for two months, which shows that the white-bellied golden pheasant is also very satisfied with East Lake, the green heart of downtown Wuhan.
