Notice on standardizing the traffic order of the taxi lane in the square in front of the railway station and the surrounding roads
Taxi operators and the general public:
In order to standardize the traffic order of the taxi lane in front of the railway station square and the surrounding roads, and ensure the safety and smoothness of the road, in accordance with the "Road Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", "Regulations on the Administration of Cruise Taxi Business Services" and other laws and regulations, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Taxis that pick up and drop off passengers at the railway station must stop and wait in the special passage in accordance with the order, and shall not gather on the roads around the railway station, which will affect the traffic order.
2. Taxis entering the passage are entering from the entrance, queuing in the passage in turn, keeping a safe distance from the vehicle, leaving no vacant seats in the middle, queuing up to the waiting area before boarding passengers, and the waiting area shall not stay for a long time.
3. Taxis shall not be parked in the passage for a long time for any reason, causing congestion, the driver is forbidden to get off the car to smoke, solicit passengers, negotiate prices or engage in activities unrelated to taxi operations, consciously maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of the passage, in accordance with the order of the lane number, cycle into the parking and waiting area, passengers leave in time after getting on the bus, and the exit of the passage is forbidden to turn left and turn around.
4. Taxis must be subject to the dispatch and management of relevant departments, and it is forbidden to refuse to ride, solicit passengers without permission, ask for high prices, etc., and those who refuse, confront and obstruct law enforcement personnel in the performance of their official duties shall be severely dealt with in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
5. Private cars and other social vehicles are not allowed to enter the special channel for taxis at the railway station, and if there is a violation, they will be punished in accordance with the relevant regulations.
6. This notice applies to the operation and management of the special taxi passage of Hancheng Railway Station and the surrounding traffic order.
