According to the announcement, the products of this centralized procurement are high-end routers, BRAS equipment, and high-end switches, and the estimated procurement scale is 2,922 high-end routers, 100 BRAS equipment, and 3,344 high-end switches. It is expected that the procurement demand will be met until the end of 2024.
The project adopts mixed bidding, and the specific bidding package is divided into nine bidding packages.
Among them, the standard package 1 is 3 high-end routers, with a quantity of 32 units, and the estimated purchase amount is 49.4846 million yuan;
Standard package 2 is a high-end router with 4 gears (general scenario), with a quantity of 680 units and an estimated purchase amount of 333 million yuan;
Standard package 3 is a high-end router with 4 gears (specific scenarios), the number is 680 units, and the estimated purchase amount is 333 million yuan;
Standard package 4 is a high-end router with 5 gears (general scenario), the number is 765 units, and the estimated purchase amount is 37.9951 million yuan;
Standard package 5 is a high-end router with 5 gears (specific scenarios), the number is 765 units, and the estimated purchase amount is 37.9951 million yuan;
Standard package 6 is BRAS (general scenario), the number is 50 units, and the estimated purchase amount is 43.4794 million yuan;
Package 7 is BRAS (specific scenario), the quantity is 50 units, and the estimated purchase amount is 43.4794 million yuan;
Standard package 8 is a high-end switch (general scenario), with a quantity of 1,672 units and an estimated purchase amount of 218 million yuan;
Standard package 9 is a high-end switch (specific scenario), with a quantity of 1,672 units and an estimated purchase amount of 218 million yuan.
According to the centralized procurement regulations, the number of winning suppliers in bid package 2 is 3 to 4, and the number of winning suppliers in the rest of the bid package is 2 to 3.
If 4 manufacturers win the bid, the winning share will be 40%, 23%, 20% and 17% respectively.
If three manufacturers win the bid, the winning share will be 50%, 27% and 23% respectively.
If two manufacturers win the bid, the winning share will be 70% and 30% respectively.
If 1 manufacturer wins the bid, the winning share is 100%.
The highest bid limit is set for this centralized procurement, and if the bidder's bid price is higher than the maximum bid limit, its bid will be rejected.
The deadline for bidding for this centralized procurement is 10:00 on May 9, 2024.
