After the server parses the measurement data file sent by the secure access area, the relevant data is saved to the common database of the prefecture and county controlled by the local survey, group survey, and group control. These data are used as a reference for the group survey and control program to formulate remote dispatch strategies

These remote command files are delivered to the forwarding server in the secure access area through the forward isolation device. According to the requirements of the instruction document, the remote dispatch command is issued to the distributed power plant station, and the distributed energy plant station receives the command and starts the remote dispatch operation
