Today, Kunming Anju Network issued an announcement that the monthly rent benchmark price of the Cairui Center rental housing project is now adjusted. The monthly benchmark price of the project has dropped from 25.11 yuan/square meter/month to 16.94 yuan/square/month, and the rent has decreased by about 33%. If the monthly rent per square meter drops by about 8.17 yuan, the maximum annual rent can be saved by about 6,863 yuan.

It is reported that Cairui Center is the first rental housing project in Guandu District, which opened the pre-registration and opened the model room in mid-to-late November last year, and officially selected the house on January 2 this year. There are a total of 1,258 sets of houses, with a construction area of about 30-70 square meters, all of which are hardcover and equipped with range hoods, washing machines, beds, sofas and other furniture and household appliances.

Cairui Center was originally a C8 plot apartment project in Junfa Caiyun City, located next to the Central Lake Park in the new Luosiwan area, with a close view of the first-line lake from the west apartment, and some high-rise apartments can also overlook Dianchi Lake, with good landscape highlights, however, the most noteworthy thing is the transportation advantage that other ordinary projects do not necessarily have.
At the intersection of Shanghai Road and Dujiaying Road, where the project plot of Cairui Center is located, it is only more than 600 meters away from Metro Line 4 (Tami Station), about 2 kilometers away from the Southern Bus Terminal Station and Luosiwan Public Hub Station, and there are more than 20 bus lines nearby.

After this round of price adjustment, the rent of Cairui Center's rental housing will be controlled between 508-1186 yuan / month, with a maximum of 1200 yuan, and the rent level is lower than the monthly rent level of the whole rental housing in the same area and the same construction area, which will be more attractive in price, and may also have a certain impact on the surrounding second-hand housing market.
